• Friendly staff, counter person carried our bags to 2nd floor.
• Shuttle to Casino.

“Bay view was across the street and through the trees. Too far from downtown. I'd stay elsewhere next time. The casino shuttle driver gave us their number and said we paid too much for the room, that there were plenty of rooms available cheaper and nicer, including the casino hotel.”

• Great breakfast and nice pool.
• The bed was extremely hard.

“Everything about this hotel was great. The only issue was that the bed was too hard. When traveling, it is important to sleep well.”

• Clean, well staffed, good breakfast, good value.
• Mattresses were very worn out, sagged severely on one bed.

“Great sunset views. Great location to town and facilities. Close to casino. Quiet and friendly motel. Beds need to be upgraded.”

• Pool, quiet except entry doors to rooms needed slow closers, good view and nice pool.
• No pastries, only allowed 1 extra pillow, hallways smelled of old cigarette smoke, no elevator, room doors slammed shut loudly.

“Overall, good experience especially on checking in and out of hotel. Continental breakfast somewhat lacking. No fruit, juices or pastries. Room doors need slow closers and hallways need deodorized. Good bay view on one side of building and crappy view of hillside on other. Beds adequate but not great on comfort.”

• The staff was very friendly. that made our stay excellent.
• I could not find anything I did not like.

“Very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Great staff with wonderful accommodations I would recommend it to all my family and friends. I would definitely stay there again.”
