• Convenient. Best hotel in area.
• Not particularly attractive setting.

“A solid hotel with an ok breakfast. Very convenient to town. Located near the main highway and not particularly attractive.”

• It was convenient and well-priced.
• The breakfast was gross.

“Overall we had a good experience. We were looking for a cheap get-a-way and this hotel fit the bill. It was safe, clean and convenient. Not a swank resort, but that's not what we were looking for anyway. We would go back.”

• The cleanliness and the pool.
• There was no selection of restaurants in the area.

“I was very pleased with the hotel but I was very unsatisfied with the selection of restaurants. We were sent to a restaurant that was very pricey.”

• Help with directions.
• Needed to cancel and told would be charged.

“Hotel is small, off the road hotel. Drive up to room. Breakfast was better than anticipated. Staff was helpful with directions. We needed to cancel in the afternoon before our reservation, but told we'd be charged because it had to be canceled the day and half before. Turned out the hotel was booked 100% when we checked in so our room could have been rebooked and we could have driven another 200 miles.”

• Good location for business in Apalachicola. Staff was very friendly.
• Free breakfast was OK, but not as good as a typical Hampton.

“Good location for local business or tourist activities. Room rate was good to OK. Hotel was clean and the room was set up well with towels and fresh linens plus coffee pot and coffee. Great TV set, but would like different set of channels.”
