• I like that it offered hot breakfast.
• The bathroom needed maintenance. The bathtub was not draining well; the toilet does not flush well; the light bulb was flickering!

• Limited parking, small rooms, some staff could not speak English which made it difficult to get towels and other things we needed.

“This hotel had a walkway between the bed and the dressers. It was very small - not set up for a family at all. My child slept in a chair while my husband, our youngest child, and I slept in the bed. Many of the staff did not speak or understand English which made it very difficult to get things such as extra towels. The parking was limited, and it was very difficult to get to the room with suitcases around the cars parked close.”

• The bed was soft.
• This was the ghetto of the hotel district.

“This hotel failed to meet expectations. There were around 6 classier hotels within 3 or 4 blocks of this one and it was an obvious difference. This hotel was unclean, unsafe, and felt more like a motel than a hotel. I would never stay here again.”

• I liked the location and the bathroom, that was about it.
• There was a dead spider on the couch, the light fixture fell off the wall, and the door would hardly shut.

“My stay at this hotel was okay. The bed was comfortable and I liked the bathroom - clean, spacious. However, it was all I could do to get the exterior door shut, there was a dead spider on the loveseat, the light fixture fell off the wall while we were sleeping, and the drawer popped off the bench when we sat on it. However they close at nine. The morning we were to be checking out the cleaning lady walked in with out knocking or anything at about 8:30. We didn't hate this hotel, but will not be staying here again.”

• Location was great.
• Floors were filthy, would not recommend to anyone. Grandchildren played in floor and got black from the filth.

“The location is good; staff could have been more attentive to their customers. Upon arrival the clerk was on a personal phone call and made me wait while she continued to talk. The floor in our room was repulsively filthy; the grandchildren literally got their feet and legs black from the filth. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The room was chosen for us for our honeymoon. We were very disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable and all of the amenities that were advertised were not available.”

• Very honest staff. I left my cuds in the room and came back 6 hrs after check out and still there.
• Beds were not the most supportive.

• Easy access to Interstate. Convenience to get to shops and restaurants in the area.
• Confusion in regards billing procedures at front desk.

“Nice hotel for business or leisure traveler. Economically affordable, clean rooms and courteous staff. There is a number of other hotels in the area. And, there is a major shopping mall and a numerous restaurants in the area, which makes it nice. Also, it is easy to get on the Interstate highway from this location.”

• Front office was very helpful and friendly.
• Internet stated all the rooms were new. This certainly was not true. The door was very ill-fitting. Big gap at the bottom.

“Staff was friendly. Front office support was clearly above the standard. In addition to the outside door not fitting, the bathroom door was very scarred. Definitely not new.”

• Our non smoking room smelled constantly of smoke, like it was coming in from somewhere.

“The room just seemed grimy, the smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non smoking room was awful. I did not feel comfortable with the room at all.”

• It was close to the hotel that I actually stayed in.
• I was promised a 2 double/non-smoking on the first floor and they did not deliver.

“I am on crutches with a broken foot, completely non-weight bearing. I was promised by the hotel staff to get a first floor, with 2 doubles, non-smoking. When I arrived, that room was not available. When I asked for assistance with my luggage while I crutched up to the second floor, no one was available. There was no elevator. This hotel was very non compliant to my physical disability”
