• The ice machine was on our floor, very quiet, bed was great.
  
• The eating for breakfast, too small.

• Location.
• Had a smell of old socks.

“This hotel had none of the things, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, no HBO. When I asked for these items I was told they were not included at this price. If you are going to Chattanooga, there are a lot of better places for the price instead of Knight's Inn. Look around.”

• The quietness best of all; feeling safe because of the card key for side doors.
• I was pleased and have no negative statement.

“For a basic room while traveling, Knights Inn is a superb choice. The room was nice and clean with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and TV. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was varied and nutritious each day. The hotel employees were gracious; check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable.”

• Very rude and unprofessional.
• The Arab that was rude to me.

“I left right after check in when the clerk walked into my room without knocking. They need to educate their employees on how to treat guests.”
