• Close to interstate.
• Said they had a continental breakfast but there was none.

• Convenience to shopping facilities and the amusement park we were visiting.
• More and better food choices for breakfast area, staff with a smile, room service without argument.

“We were told that we would have a refrigerator and microwave to each of our rooms. We did not.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The coffee makers and hairdryers in our section had been stolen be previous clients and not replaced.

“It was very nice for a one star accommodation. There was shampoo provided and daily maid service. Everything was clean. The shower was not as strong as I would have liked, but the bed was fantastic.”

• It was conveniently located right off the interstate and was a good value.
• A little bit slow in check-in.

“This hotel was booked for its very reasonable price and proximity to Chattanooga. It met that requirement. It is limited on amenities. It offers a minimal free continental breakfast. The rooms are very basic. But it was easy on and off the interstate and was what I expected for the price.”

• It was dirty, broken-down, and smelled awful.

“The hotel is really old, the rooms smelled, there were cigarette burns on the sheets, and unpainted patches on the walls. It looked like they haven't touched it since the '70's.”

• Nothing. The place was nothing like described!
• This place was worse than a Roach Motel!

“There were no benefits of this place. I have stayed in better places for half the price, even the answering service lied about what was provided in every room, there was nothing provided, the fridge did not work, and the noise in the parking lot from the riff raff that they let stay there keep us up half the night without management doing anything about it.”
