• They served complimentary dinner in the evenings.
• Staff not helpful or friendly.

“I was checking in and out with 3 small children, luggage, car seats etc. no one offered to help at all. I had to get the cart to load luggage while carrying the baby and 2 years old and had a 5
years old helping while the guy at the front just watched. Also I stayed during a blizzard and the lot was not plowed so my children and I had to walk through quite a bit of snow to get inside with all the luggage. A lady who works in the kitchen was the only one who asked if she could hold anything for me, and she was off duty walking out to her car.”

• Excellent suite-quality rooms and great breakfast.
• Access to and from requires some u-turns.

“Excellent quality hotel! Room was perfectly setup to accommodate a lengthy stay. Great facilities and very comfortable furniture. Outstanding shower.”

• Hotel was located in a easy to find location. Very clean and decorated nicely.
• Hotel only had two luggage carts. We waited for an hour to check out and finally had to make several trips to get our luggage off of the third floor.

“Nice friendly desk staff. I would recommend this hotel to friends, and might book there again myself. Wasn't very happy about the 9 a.m. wake up from housekeeping banging on the door. Seems pointless to wake up people on the day they are checking out at noon to clean their rooms at 9 a.m.”

• Service was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival. The breakfast could use a variety of fresh fruit as an alternative. The fireplace was great

“Great hotel for the discounted price. Breakfast was hot and plenty as promised. The room was clean with plenty of plump pillows and "I could stay here all day" bed.”
