  • They had a nine foot deep pool, conveniently located to I-24, mos occupants and staff friendly, economically priced.
  • It was a little poorer neighborhood, many guests were drinking at the pool, carpets, towels, and pillows needed updating.

“This was a very economical place to stay. It was clean, but the carpet in the room was a bit old. It had a fridge and a microwave, but the radio on the clock did not work. Some of the clientel was a little questionable, and several quests were drinking (It was the 4th of July). It was just my husband and I, and it was fine for an intimate getaway. However, it might not be the best location for those with small children. It did have a nine foot deep outdoor pool, which was great because I love to swim (really swim, not wade), and though there was a little drinking around the pool, those drinking were fairly courteous and respectful. Several families were enjoying the pool area.”

  • Absolutely nothing.
  • Everything.

“It was dirty, the bathroom door was off the hinges, the front desk was not very efficient, we were locked out of our room on second day there, and there was prostitution all around us. Need I go on!”

  • I felt safe.
  • The linen was not clean, carpet worn with holes.

“I have stayed in other Days Inn with much better accommodations. This experience was beneath my expectation.”

  • The friendly staff.
  • Too much to list.

“The hotel was not in a good location, high crime area! Rooms not clean and the air did not work well! Non-smoking room but smelled like smoke!”

  • There was nothing, really.
  • Unsanitary, dirty, noisy, scary.

“This hotel was very unclean, unsanitary, and seemingly unsafe. It was quite dirty and seedy to be honest, my fellow travelers and I were not pleased to say the least.”

“This hotel was not what I ordered it took 3 hours after I checked in the get a room cleaned. The clientele at the hotel was not good for a family. A very busy night life for the working girl.”

  • An old hotel in the middle of renovation-(probable for 10 years ) Poor desk staff, and housekeeping head. Terrible "free" breakfast.
  • It's geographical location was good for a tourist. Not for walking the neighborhood.

“We got to town earlier than expected. We thought we might leave our luggage there while we toured, but one look of the staff and lobby made us decide it was safer in the car. The room was clean, but lacked bath towels and a bathtub rubber mat. WE asked at the desk for a 6 am wake up call, both days, and never got one. The day we left, one nice attendant who had made notes for the calls, asked that we go to the room and she would try it. The phone only blinked a red light, no tone at all. wrong phone, wrong place. After our first day of touring, we returned at 5pm to find that the room was NOT made up. We saw many made-up rooms, but not ours. The maid was 2 doors away and had never been told we were staying another night. Any decent motel has a record for it's staff for which rooms should be prepared. The "free" breakfast was pitiful. I don't want to remember it. The pool was small and filled with screaming children the day we arrived. This lasted into the evening. The following morning it did not look clear enough for us to consider a swim. There was only ONE ice machine working in the 3 story motel. That was in the Lobby, eating area. Finally, the shower was very hot, with soft water and great force. Thank God and the City of Chattanooga for that!”
