  • I liked the staff and the hotel was very clean.
  • A little hard to get in and out; between two one-way streets.

“You won't be disappointed in this LaQuinta Inn! It is close to all the main attractions downtown without the downtown price tag. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. The staff was courteous and were quick to offer assistance when needed. I highly recommend this hotel!”

  • Staffs were incredibly helpful. Hotel was packed and still being renovated.
  • Door to room didn't close properly. Beds were uncomfortable. Water pressure was poor.

“I liked the hotel as I have stayed there before. However, upon exiting the elevator to my floor I realized I was on a smoking floor. I had no idea I was on this floor. I was asked to be relocated to another and was told everything was booked.”

  • The bed was comfortable.
  • One dirty towel left in bathroom. A large hole in the bathroom tiling.

“The hotel is a very non-descript building which needs more work to bring it to a good standard. The bed was comfortable but the general ambience and decor of the hotel was sub par even for a 2 star hotel. There was a hole in our bathroom tiling where a soap dish was missing and a dirty towel was hanging on the back of the door when we checked in.”

  • Large room.
  • Construction is not complete; smells of caulk, glue, etc.

“The hotel is not done being renovated. The ownership needs to take another week to finish the job before opening. The location is moderately fine for a business traveler; however some of the problems with the location are a function of the Chatanooga, not La Quinta. I normally enjoy La Quinta hotels, but the sight and smell of unfinished construction detracts from the brand.”
