• For a small space the rooms had everything (micro, fridge, sofa sleeper that looked fairly new., desk/chair . The bedding was very comfortable.
• Indoor pool was a little green. Needed some attention.

“We only stayed one night but I would stay again. It was close to downtown and UTC and the football field. I liked the microwave and fridge and the bedding and pillows were very confortable. Rooms were clean and staff friendly.”

• Location.

“Location between downtown and Lookou Mountain convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Indoor pool a plus. Clean rooms with fabulous housekeeping services. Outstanding full breakfast available.”

• It was 2 miles from our destination.
• It was filthy and smelly. The toilet over flowed in the middle of the night and no compensation was offered.

“The hotel was runed down and they where evidently short staffed. Within 20 mins of arriving I informed the front desk that our toilet was broken and the room smelled dirty and wasn't very clean. Even the bedding was dirty and we where afraid to sit on the sofa because it was stained and smelled. I was told that he had fixed the toilet himself and he would go spray Freebreeze, we went out for the afternoon and when we returned for the night he hadn't freshened our room at all, instead handed me a can of dollar store flower air freshener as we returned. To make it worse I awoke to the toilet flooding half of our room. So not only did we have a nasty room that made it nastier. They offered us a dirty room to shower in that other guest had just left.”

• Comfortable. Well maintained. Quiet. Clean.
• Not easily accessible from the main road. Surrounded by a fence; unattractive from the outside.

“Comfortable and accommodating. Nice to have a small fridge, even a microwave in the room. A very nice complimentary breakfast included, but the seating there was very limited; had to take our donuts, etc back to out room. Very comfy bed!”

• Did not like anything about it.
• Room was dirty, towels were scratchy, not enough tables for the continental breakfast area, people were standing waiting for a table.

“Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. I'm going to stick to Embassy Suites.”

• The front desk was very nice and helpful.
• The room was dirty and the toilet leaked on the floor.

“This hotel was average but the cleaning staff did not clean under beds, tables, or chairs. My two year old tried to eat someone else's breakfast. If the room was cleaner we would probably return.”

• Good for an overnight destination.

“This facility seemed to be old and in need of modernization. I liked the security with need for key to enter hall for elevator. I am not sure if the area it is located in is a safe area but with the key entry I felt safe.”

• The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient.
• There was a piece of concrete blocking one of the parking lot entrances making it difficult to get into.

“The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean and the furnishings in great condition.”
