• Perfect for some R and R and well located to what we wanted to do.
• It was built on a hill.

• Had a great breakfast.
• Did not have queen size beds.

“Great location to Lookout Mountain attractions. Even though we couldn't get queen size beds (had been told they were available when I called to set up room) the beds were very comfortable.”

• Was short driving distance to all the main attractions and a lot more economically priced than the downtown locations.
• Pool wasn't filled; turning off the main road was pretty tight and rough.

“The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean (except for the TV stand). I would definitely refer this hotel to friends and family. I would also stay here again.”

• Close to interstate and downtown.
• Breakfast menu is always the same. A little variation would be nice.

• Large comfortable room and
  nice continental breakfast.
• Street access.

“Large comfortable room. Good continental breakfast. Location in an area of town that did not make you want to go out after dark though. Reasonable priced rooms, especially for business travelers.”

• Rooms nice, very clean, service was very good.
• Very inadequate parking.

“Convenient to Chattanooga and Lookout Mnt. Rooms were well maintained and all staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The TV was located in a less optimal place. The breakfast wasn't much, and parking is not adequate. There was only one handicap parking place that I noticed on the front side of the motel.”

• It was okay, but had a sort of run down feeling.

• It had wireless internet.
• We had to change rooms and it was an inconvenience.

“The locks on the doors were broken as well as the refrigerator. We had to change rooms after unpacking and finding the micro fridge was broken. It was me, my mother, children both under 2. The hotel staff told me that I would have to deal with the inconvenience of fixing a bottle going outside walking to the front desk to a public fridge. Eventually they changed my room after complaining I would leave.”

• Ants all over bathroom, got complaints when we were asleep, staff not friendly.

“There were ants all over the toilet, tub and surrounding floor. As well as around the carpet leading to the bathroom. The heater was very loud and after a long day driving I really needed the sleep that I didn't receive. The front desk wasn't friendly when we checked in at all. Nor when we left.
