• Check-out and it located well.
• It was extremely dirty and the front desk clerk was never at desk making check-out and in difficult!

“It was a one of the worse places we ever stayed at. I was immediately upset when the front desk neglected us, and then entered the room to find a landfill. Under the dresser was filled with old room keys and trash! The walls were stained and there was a dust village under the bed! The bath was like a cat, meaning endless amounts of hair, and was lacking toilet paper. There was mold protruding in the tub. What a trash hole! Then when we went to check-out the clerk at the front desk was nowhere to be found!”

• The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were great with local directions as well.
• Broken furniture was repaired with duct tape instead of replaced.

“For a one star hotel, I guess I couldn't expect much more than what I got. The bed was uncomfortable, the breakfast looked as though it had been sitting for days, the furniture was repaired with duct tape instead of replaced. However, the wireless internet was a plus and easy to connect to.”

• Location worked out well.
• No wifi in room, too far from office, slow b system.

• Location.
• The ceiling had fallen onto the floor in the hallway and the roof was leaking. The advertised "free wireless internet" only worked in the lobby.

“This was a hotel that you would expect to see a. and customer walking out of. The location is great but the hotel was cheap and dirty.”

• The location and its price were perfect.
• The rooms were not made every day and that was not attractive.

“The hotel was a good choice. We were traveling for a week, and that gets expensive but the hotel had a reasonable price, and there were good accommodations. The food was not great, there needs to be some work in that, at least to re-stack the food because once people eat it at 6:00 am, there is nothing left for those who eat at 7:30.”

• The first room smelled like smoke, so we asked to be moved.

• Long walk to upstairs room from stair locations.

• It had a breakfast on the weekend.
• Not very clean. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets.

“It was not worth the price we ended up paying. The room tempter could not be controlled well (it was either too hot or too cold.) The public areas were not very clean. The sheets and blankets had burn holes in them and we stayed in a non smoking room! I probably would not stay in this hotel again.”

• It was not worth my money or time, I should have kept on driving.

• Dirty rooms, with blood stains on sheets.

“This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There were blood stains on the sheets and, after we were moved to another room, there were stains of some sort on the wall and box spring in the other room as well. I would never stay there again.”

• Cleaning - forgot fresh towels, had to get them myself.
• Did not care for Breakfast offered! Was going to give me a Queen bed and order a King through you.

“Very clean. Staff was not friendly at all. Day clerk at front desk. The staff was going to give me a Queen bed for three night and not a King. I had to put up a fight to get my King bed..geeez. Forgot to give me fresh towels daily. Then when reminded No washcloths where given! Two Bath towel only.”

“The room was ok. However, the mattress were basic and I got poked by the mattress several times throughout the night. I need to check around if I am going to Muncie again.”

• Wimpy pillows and threadbare towels.

“This is a clean and quiet hotel. It has a nice breakfast bar and even has a workout room. A nice hotel with no surprises and sometimes that is all you are really looking for.”

• The complimentary breakfast was nice, and the kitchen area spotless.
• SMOKING ROOM! Tried to charge me twice for the smoking room too!

“They put me in a smoking room... I had no recourse the first two nights of our stay. They knew we had a late flight. The hotel staff tried to charge me again for a room I'd already paid for, and then treated me harshly for not wanting a smoking room. ”
