• Lobby area somewhat small.

“When I walked into the Signature Inn, the desk clerk was talking to someone on the phone, and I cannot describe the patience this young woman displayed when dealing with the obviously elderly person on the other end of the line. The caller couldn't find the hotel, and she did everything short of going to find them - and she did it with a wonderful attitude to boot! If you are looking for nice, clean accommodations and a friendly staff - this is the place for you. Customer service goes a long way with me, and the young people I dealt with checking in and checking out were outstanding!”

• Spacious room, nice to have a recliner.
• The mattress was very poor, they should disclose the fact that pets are welcome.

“This was a spacious, well appointed room. It had a nice reclining chair and a large desk. The refrigerator was also convenient to store some drinks. However, the mattress was very uncomfortable for both my wife and I. It was just a poor quality mattress. I was also surprised to see pets entering rooms. I was not previously aware of the fact that dogs may have been in my room before me.”
