• Hotel is on the main strip in Muncie. Ample stores and dinning.
• Very out dated!

“This hotel is a 1.5 star trying hard to be a 2 star. I've stayed at some of the other 2 star. This hotel isn't quite there. It is cheap and clean. Other than that, not much to offer but location. Everything is old and dated. Showers small and only warm at best. Rooms are large, but don't offer much. Refrigerator was nice. Long dark halls.”

• The room was well organized for business.
• The pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot.

“A very nice hotel with reasonable price and nice accommodations. The room was clean and in good shape. Breakfast was also very good. Would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Close to Ball State University.
• The breakfast has went downhill, No more fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs, peanut butter, or bagels.

“Still one of the better places to stay in Muncie. They should improve there breakfast. The hot tub in the pool area does not work.”

• Room was clean. Smoking allowed.
• WiFi would have been nice.

“This hotel was pretty clean and check-in was quick, sort of. The hotel didn't have record of my reservations. The clerk was very nice about it and took the itinerary I had printed out and gave me my room without receiving conformation yet. They figured it out without me having to stand in the lobby and that was thoughtful. Definitely worth the price.”

• Free WiFi, free breakfast, great location and excellent value.
• Slight smell in bathroom.

“Clean facility, Free WiFi and breakfast (love those waffles). Definitely recommend this property.”

• Not much.
• Cleanliness, attentiveness of cleaning staff to correct cleanliness.

“We stayed in a King NS room 122 & 123. Room had been rearranged to accommodate built-in desk and refrigerator. This left the bed pushed to one side that required an extension cord to reach the closest side of the bed. The other side didn't even have a nightstand. The furniture was disgustingly dirty, especially the recliner. It looked like someone had relieved themselves in it. I requested that the sheets be changed. When I returned that night I discovered they had not been changed.”

• Although it was limited, I really enjoyed the breakfast. Mmmm, waffles.
• This hotel was very outdated and in serious need of renovation. I would have liked an elevator.

“The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean but both of my two rooms were in serious need of renovation. We loved the pool.”

• Location.
• Out dated, falling apart room was from the 60's.

“My room smelled very musty, the bathroom was falling apart, the bed linens looked like they had been there since the 60's and the carpet was even worse with all of the stains on it. It didn't feel clean at all.”

• Very nice and clean, water pressure in shower was fantastic, very good breakfast.
• The beds were very uncomfortable, left a lot to be desired.

“The hotel was located very well in relation to Ball State, it was clean, and well maintained. The room had a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker. Shower had fantastic water pressure. The free breakfast was great. But, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I had a backache the whole next day.”

• We arrived late, but night clerk was very nice & helpful despite multiple problems solving for others at the same time.
• Air conditioning produced an odd odor.
