• The downtown location was excellent.
• The rooms were very plain and outdated.

“This is a wonderful property located adjacent to auburn university and downtown auburn. The lobby and business center were gorgeous and well maintained. However, the rooms were a different story. The furniture and bathrooms were terribly outdated and looked cheap. The tub and toilet both leaked. Wall tiles in the bathroom were caving into the wall. I would like to see this hotel renovated and then stay there again.”

• Impressive entrance/lobby/great service from front door to checkout.
• Rooms a bit tired looking, and small.

• It was nice and convenient. Soft beds, nice and clean new looking linen and bedspreads.
• maybe they could update their shower. To compare with west inn's heavenly shower. In all other aspects it was like staying at a west inn.

“The hotel is nice and convenient. We ate at Africa. The food was wonderful. The bed was soft. Accommodations seemed well taken care of. Clean room and new styles in the decorations. Wonderful visit!”
