• It was close to a convention we were going to.
• Needed dusting around the TV and under the bed was awful.

“It needed to be cleaned. We pulled out the TV to see it from both chairs, and it was very dusty behind it and dropped something on the floor by the bed. We pulled up the bedspread and it hadn't been vacuumed for months, under the bed.”

• Pool/Hot tub.
• Smoking was awful even in a nonsmoking room!

• Offers protein (eggs) for breakfast-good for diabetics.
• Hard, uncomfortable bed - very hard to sleep.

“Nice pool, nice desk clerk, better breakfast than a lot of similar hotels, but hard, uncomfortable mattress.”

• Morning desk clerk was very friendly.
• Room was very dirty, sheets not changed, dirty soap in shower etc.

“I was very disappointed in the room as far as being clean, sink not cleaned (hair in & around) dusty on all surfaces, sheets not changed, stained & had blood on 1 pillow & hair & other stuff in both beds sheets not even pulled up neatly looked as if never cleaned room.”

• It was very easy to find and was near dining and shopping.
• The floors (corners) by the top of the bed had dirt and paper and they did not vacuum well.

“Overall, it was a good hotel. It was not as well maintained as the one I stayed at in Marquette, MI. The back door was supposed to be a security door and was unsecured from Saturday am till the time we left on Sunday at 10:30 am. The toilet rocked forward when you sat on it.”
