• Convenient to Auburn campus and Wal-Mart.
• Small, crowded parking lot.

“Convenient and clean. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed the fridge, ironing board and coffee maker.”

• Continental breakfast.
• Rooms were "old" and could use some updating.

• Was able to book a reservation at the last minute.
• Was not notified it was a smoking room and there were no other rooms available.

“Having a child with allergies, smoking rooms are not an option for us. We were stuck with it since there was nothing else available. No one seemed to care, no apologies. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Bogus charges added to my bill, and without notification.

“Traveler's beware! If you check into the room and something is missing already, they will charge your credit card for it when you check out. I was charged for a 'stolen blanket' that wasn't in the room to begin with. I contacted them and tried to get my card credited and they refused. They offer low rates on Expedia, but it's not very clean, the air condo was turned off in the room when we arrived and it was extremely hot. Maybe they're running a scam by offering the low rate and then putting bogus charges on your card when you leave. I'll never stay there again. They give Comfort Inn a bad name.”
