• Good location. Nice room amenities.
• Islands between parking and entrance had curbs. Hard to roll luggage over.

“A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable room with TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (complimentary coffee) allowed me to make the room my home for the time I was there.”

• The proximity to Ferris State University made it an ideal place to stay
• My stay was very brief. I have nothing bad to report.

“I checked in. The staff was pleasant. I slept for six hours and left. I didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities. The room was clean, and my stay was overall fine.”

• Clean, restaurant food was excellent, service was great. Very nice place.
• Mattresses were soft/old.

• Front desk clerk who checked us in was delightful. Friendly. She tried to get us a non-smoking room but one wasn't available.
• The room had the worst bed
  I think
  I have ever slept on, springs poking through the cover and light bulbs were burned out.

“I wouldn't stay here again. The room only had one lamp that worked when we let the daylight in the room in the morning, we better understood why. Bed springs were broken through the mattress cover.”

“This is a great hotel to use if you are going to Ferris State University for any reason.”

• Bathroom dingy, dark, and a little dirty.

• The staff member that checked me in was excellent, and made us feel very welcome.
• Mattresses were getting old and too soft.

• Hotel was clean, staff was very accommodating and helpful, room was quiet.
• Bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd have liked.

“This hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet in the evening and comfortable with respect to temperature, lighting, etc. The convenience of having Bennigan's there was also a plus.”

• Convenient.
• The floor was split into smoking and non. We had a non smoking room that smelled like smoke sometimes.

• Conveniently located, clean, friendly staff, kid friendly.
• Hotel restaurant our group went for brunch, there was only 3 people in the place and hostess seemed upset we had 12 people, waited for seating for 10mi.

“Overall very nice place, we were there for a hockey tournament. Kid friendly, very nice rooms, comfy beds great stay for two nights.”
