• Cost efficient,well located & friendly staff.
• Unsanitary bathroom.

“Nice staff, nice clean room, centrally located but the bathroom needed a little more cleaning[toilet]. By far best western is the best buy for the money.”

• Clean, friendly, convenient to the highway and to family.

“We will stay at this hotel on our visit to Cookeville Tn.The continental breakfast was of normal fare but plentiful, the room was clean and also had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. The front desk help was pleasant and a great price.”

• They were putting on a new coat of paint and replacing patch units (AC).
• the bath towels could be upgraded.

“My family relocated to another state with rental truck and trailer. This was a good choice for the location, to keep away from the bigger cities. There was a Mexican restaurant on location (did not eat there) but there were a lot of restaurants to chose from close by. I would recommend this motel to travelers the rooms were really okay.”

• Room was large enough to be comfortable for a family of 5.
• No indoor pool for the winter months.

“We were very pleased to stay the night in a very clean motel. The staff was friendly and the location was great. There were many food locations all around and even wall-mart was within a short walking distance. The breakfast was nice also. We would highly recommend this motel and will stay there again.”
