• Good location.
• No elevator, not enough parking, air not controllable.

“I would have liked to have been provided with an option for an elevator. Extremely noisy, water hadn't been used in a while (very rusty at first), no thermostat to control the air. Very clean room and staff was very nice. Pool in a very good location and very clean. Not enough parking and certainly not enough wheel chair parking.”

• Easy access to I-40.
• Not very clean and the linens were old and full of holes.

“Although the hotel was easy access, we were greatly disappointed with the room. The furnishings and linens were threadbare. There was no shampoo in the room. It wasn't clean. The tile in the bathroom was crumbling. We would not stay there again.”

• Children running across floor for 1 hr upstairs before going to bed.

“This hotel has been around a long time and needs to have the parking upgraded, it is too cramped and not a lot of parking.”
