• Separate 'living' area with 2nd TV.
• Carpet was stained in multiple spots.

“Definitely worth the low price. No frills but a clean suite in a convenient location.”

• The room was very roomy and comfortable.
• The mattress was softer than I prefer.

• The lay-out of the room was great for conducting business!
• Everything in the room was broken, staff unfriendly, not clean.

“Pros: Good location with convenient access to expressway, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Good lay-out of room with separate sitting area and desk for conducting business. Cons: Majority of staff was not very friendly or helpful, everything in the room was broken, fruit flies and rotten fruit served for breakfast along with 3-week-old bread, smoke alarm went off intermittently when shower ran. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.”

• Low price and high quality. And high speed internet in every room.
• The location was tucked away a little bit from the main road but still not too bad.

“The room was huge and clean. The net was great. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation or even romance yet still good for kids. The lobby seemed to have a mountain cabin appeal to it. The rooms were comfortable. Actually if it had a stove and fridge and bigger sink it would of been a great apartment for a single person. As a hotel room, the best I have ever stayed at and the price was about what I usually pay for a roach motel. I recommend this hotel to everyone staying within 20 miles of it. Truly worth the drive. The only thing I can think of that would be a reason to choose another hotel over this one is that I didn¿t see a pool. I didn¿t look for one either but I don¿t think there was one. But pool aside, it was a perfect room.”

• Quaintness of a smaller hotel. Very personal service.
• No amenities such as pool, fitness room etc.

“I thought this hotel was a lovely place to stay. I really liked how small, but clean and new it was. It kind of reminded me of staying at a bed and breakfast. Very convenient to everything in GR.”

• All the rooms are suites with a separate living room.
• I really can't think of anything we didn't like.

“The staff was efficient and nice. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. I appreciated a separate counter and sink to get ready while my hubby monopolized the bathroom. And the separate living space with it's own TV made eating takeout easier.”

• The hotel was very clean. The staff was very polite. It was a very excellent stay for my family for the price that we paid for the room.
• The tub wasn't very clean. I had to scrub it myself.

“I was really impressed with the hotel. It was very clean and elegant looking. The staff was very polite at all time. They were also patient as well. This hotel was lovely, everything looked as if the hotel has just gotten remodeled. New sink, toilet, and etc.”

• Very pleased for the amount of money we paid.
• There was no pool, but I knew that when I rented it.

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We did not pay a lot of money for our room, so I was kind of worried about what the hotel was actually like. However, my husband and I thought it was a very nice hotel. It was newer than we thought it would be and was actually very nicely decorated. There is a big screen TV in the lobby with nice furniture and solid oak trim. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Do not be afraid to stay here because of this price, we had a very nice stay.”
