• The street locaton and friendly staff.
• Noisy above until late at night, slamming doors loud footsteps running water.

“Old everything was about 35 yrs old continental breakfast was served in the front lobby on a counter on small tables, the faucets in the rooms were dirty needed to be taken apart and cleaned.”

• The pool and hot tub.
• Very thin walls - could hear people in hallways, beds were uncomfortable.

“I would not probably recommend this hotel to someone, although the price was very reasonable.”

“It was clean and quiet but could use alittle more room per saye but was alittle to pricy I think . But I guess for the season is short and they must chg.We went to Petoskey and stayed at the apple tree motel for lee money and a better location and better annemities. vic”

• The staff was nice. However, it wasn't as good as our last hotel.
• Small bathroom with sink in hall. Walls thin, loud families. No adult swim time.

“I was disappointed because I expected something a little better than the previous hotel I stayed at in Petoskey. It cost more but was smaller, I didn't like the bathroom, too small. I didn't like the sink in the room.”

• Helpful check-in clerk with knowledge of area.
• No heat in the bathroom.

• We had mixed results with the front desk staff person, one was very helpful, and the others were not.
• Loud, ended up with a handicapped room, that the bathroom was the main entry point.
