“My girlfriend and I needed to get away for the evening, and we decided to stay here. We were there for one night. We had a beautiful clean room with a very large bed. The pool/hot tub was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and would definitely stay there again.”

“Great hotel with excellent staff. Nice-sized rooms, comfortable beds, very clean and well-kept. Insulation between floors might not be the greatest, and it would help if they had free breakfast available, but otherwise it's excellent.”

“This Marriott was in a great location for guests wanting to be near the malls, restaurants and easy access to highways. I was disappointed with the fact that the hotel did not have on-site dining but there were many restaurants within one mile along with several that delivered to the hotel. The swimming pool and whirlpool were a bit small but there weren't many guests in the hotel during my stay so that did not pose a problem. The exercise room was also small but again, not many guests so we pretty much had the hotel and amenities to ourselves. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. A definite bonus is that the swimming pool is open 24 hours! Adults only after 11 pm. Nice perk when most pools close at 10 or 11 pm and are usually packed with screaming and splashing kids.”

“I book this for my very elderly parents and got nothing but complains from them - they arrived in the early evening and could get nothing to eat. There was no-one to assist them with their bags and my Dad had to drag them upstairs himself. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle, but they called a taxi, instead.”

“The air wasn't working, we called the front desk and they said it should work based on the buttons we pressed. I let the front desk person know in the morning it did not work and she didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Also, every hotel should offer free breakfast. If not, the breakfast should at least go past 9:30 am - I found that unacceptable.”

“Most hotel provide you with a free continental breakfast. I think because I was from Price Line they wanted to charge me for breakfast $7.95. That was poor. Although the hotel was not busy I was given the furthest room from the front desk forcing me to trek further than necessary. Not very bright.”

“Hotel met our expectation. The staff knew our request and they were prepared for us to arrive and take care of us without delay. They assisted us with information and set up. This was a relaxing stay though we had serious business to attend to. Perfect fit for my needs.”

“The pool had no supervision. We spent minimal time in the pool area due to kids jumping and diving into the 3' pool. Moreover, some of the kids were running in the pool area. A few kids were injured due to falling. Also, the staff was never at the desk. When you walked up to the desk you had to wait for them to come out of the office to help. My card didn't work after we used the pool area. The receptionist was on the phone and I had to wait until she finished to get a new key. She was talking to a customer; however, the call clearly wasn't all business related. I waited in my wet clothing while she finished her 5 minute call. I'm certain that the head cold I had the day after was caused by me standing in my wet clothes as the door opened for other guests. I didn't bother making complaints since the lady at the front desk was very rude.”

“Te fan /air in our room did not work, but the worst thing was the inconsiderate rude staff. We were treated very poorly, we were lied too, and no attempt was made to fix the problems we encountered, our reservation got mixed up and she would not help us at all. We were told we do not get traditional hotel service because we paid less that we were in so many words cheap and werent treated with respect because we paid less than the normal rate. We were not able to go back in our room to retrieve the clothes we left there, but had to make an extra trip to get them when housekeeping was there.”
