• Right area for where I was going.
• Everything else.

“I called prior to my arrival to make sure that specific hotel would accommodate our three people. That was not the case. It also smelled like stale cigarette smoke, had dirty dishes in the cabinets, and sticky carpets. Accommodations (towels, sheets, etc.) were available for my retrieval at the desk only till 11. No accommodations were available after this time.”

“Awesome hotel! You get a full-kitchen with the works, a desk, a recliner, even a little bar. No complaining there. The furniture is a little outdated but I'm not complaining.”

• The kitchen was a very nice convenience.
• As a smoker there was
  nowhere, even outside, to sit and smoke.

“Hotel was accomodating, great location, however no where outside to sit, visit or smoke, very unappealing. Other than that its was a nice place, I would stay there again if going to Louisville.”

• It was close to the places
  I needed to go while
  I was in town.
• My room was non smoking and i had to go out side to smoke.

“The hotel fit my needs while
I was there in town to visit my brother was going to have brain surgery. His surgery had to be cancelled at this time and if im able to come back to louisville i would not mind staying there again.”

• It had the convenience of kitchen facilities.
• Had to ask for everything.

“This was a fine place to stay for an extended period of time where you did not want to spend a lot of money; basically just needed a bed, bath, etc.”

• The location was very close to most shopping center and very near the freeway.
• The overall facility was well below my standards mildew on the bath tub, the ceiling had lint as if it had not been cared for, tub had no stopper!

“This hotel was a very old facility with a face lift, which fell well below my standards but it did offer the stove for cooking. I was disappointed.”

• Had Showtime.
• Dirty, dead bugs on walls, black mold on the bathroom.

“Dirty and smelled awful. Stains on the floors. Was someone murdered in my room. I left after the one night I could not stay another night. No way 2 star.”

• I liked the price!
• I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular.
