• It did have running water.
• Everything.

“What a dump for a Clarion, Dingy, dark hallways, stained shower curtain. The lobby is bright and clean, but once you get out of that, watch out. I'm trying to get my money back but I have not received any e-mails back.”

• Location to the event in which we were attending.
• Pool was not open due to employee not showing for work.

“Overall, we were impressed. Location was great to the event in which we were there for. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. We will revisit. Disappointed about the pool not being staffed, paid for a pool side room and couldn't use it! No nintendo and was advised that that was a misrepresentation on the add.”

“When we arrived, the front desk told us that the only a smoking room is available. I requested for other options since I had my 2 yr old son and wife with me. Front desk did not offer any assistance except only to say that the hotel was fully booked. It was already late at night and we were very tired, my son was cranky after 8 hrs. On the road, so it left us with no other choice. The room smelled really bad, we can hear loud noises from other guests at the adjacent patio and banging doors from the entry doors. To make matters worse, our ac was not working! I practically begged front desk again but to no avail. The only recourse he offered was lent us their desk fan to at least last us through the night. We left as soon as the sun rose, with my two year old son having a runny nose. My wife and I barely had any sleep. I think we deserved better service.”

• It was cheap and my room was clean.
• The common areas look very used and abused. They need to remodel and replace the old.

“This hotel was a 3+ star hotel, now it is like a super 8. It was clean, but much worn around the edges. For the price I paid, I got what I paid for.”

• Needs some talc-minor, but needed

“A/c unit was old and worn out. Front was coming off unit and each time the compressor kicked in it vibrated far too much to sleep well. It also did not put much air out into the room. Other than that, the room was fine, bed was comfortable and personnel helpful and friendly. I would recommend this motel for single or family.”

“Poorly maintained rooms; I asked for change of room as I has non-smoking room was smelling smoke and shower wasn't working. The new room I got had even more issues; bathtub clog, sink not working; shower knob reversed (indicated hot water tap giving out cold water and vice versa).”

• The room was spacious enough for me plus three teenage boys.
• Night clerk didn't say much, although check-in was very smooth and easy.

“Nice clean large room, plenty of towels for me and three boys. Pool is open very limited hours only when a lifeguard is present. We didn't use many of the hotel facilities, but everything appeared to be very easy to find and accessible from anywhere in the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• My room location was quite and peaceful.
• Check in was slow.

“Overall it was an enjoyable stay. All spaces seemed neat, clean and orderly. I only had the breakfast buffet. The food was good but not as hot as it should have been. The server was helpful and went out of her way to please.”

• It was close to an event I wanted to attend.
• Housekeeping did a lousy job during my whole stay.

“Dirty carpet in room housekeeping didn't vacuum, I reported this to the hotel staff & they did nothing to rectify the situation. And I was told upon checkout they could not give me some kind of compensation because I booked online. I am very disappointed with the hotel. And I am disappointed with your service I don't intend to use your service again or stay at this hotel ever again.”

• Indoor pool was closed.

“I booked this hotel because of location and it having an indoor heated pool. The pool is closed for repairs. I think the web site should have reflected this; I could have stayed for less somewhere else that did not offer an indoor heated pool.”

• I got a ground floor room as requested.
• Smoking rooms next to the non-housekeeping missed days of cleaning the room.

“The hotel is extremely Dated. Lots of repairs needed like the tub had rusty spots in the enamel.”

• Good location for traveling.
• Hallways seem dingy and dark.

“The lobby and staff were nice. The hotel map shows a whirlpool and sauna, but the whirlpool is covered over and the sauna is used for a storage room. The exterior doors are not secure, no room card in need to gain access to the hallways, which are dark and dingy. When I first entered I almost left, the appears of the hallways felt ominous. But, the rooms were clean and I was only there for 1 night.”

“Difficult to reach from the main road. Exterior is poorly maintained. Room was OK, nothing special with a very dark feeling.”

• Room leaked water, shower was nasty, room was dirty.

“The ceiling leaked from rain, the shower was gross, the room was left dirty from Friday night and I was moved on Saturday, because of the leaking roof in my room. The lobby leads you to believe that is a nice hotel with nice rooms. The opposite is true. I would not want to ever stay there again and would not recommend this hotel to any one else.”
