• Cleanliness, comfort, and wonderful staff!
• Toilet part of the bathroom was a bit tight.

• Under the window air conditioner smelled a bit moldy.

“We were generally impressed with the facilities. Even though many sports-related youth teams were staying in the hotel, we didn't hear them from within our room.”

• Very friendly staff, convenient self check-in/out kiosk.
• Patrons in nearby rooms were loud until late into the night.

“The hotel is conveniently located just off the highway and is easily accessible. The staff were friendly, and very welcoming. The accommodations were very comfortable, with an excellent environment for business travelers (computer desk, sufficient electrical outlets, excellent lighting).”

“Great place, location to the entire city is easy. Love to stay here, very comfortable place, feel right at home when I get back after a busy day working. All necessary amenities. Clean, well kept, nice, nice people.”

• Loved the layout of the rooms, great big space for kids.
• Heater/air conditioner was way too loud.

“Enjoyed the contemporary look and feel in the lobby, much different that the norm. Felt like it was very expensive. I also liked the low key check in area. That was not the norm either and felt very comfortable with the staff. Really enjoyed the employees, very willing and able to help. Multi-taskers are very valuable.”

• Tough to turn left out of hotel for the interstate.

• Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Location was quite far from the airport, no sign on the interstate, and hard to take a left turn out of hotel.

• The hotel was very contemporary throughout its facilities.
• Could be a bit darker in the rooms. Light crept in on the bottom of the window curtains.

“The hotel staff was extremely welcoming from the moment we walked into the building. They were well groomed and represented the contemporary image the hotel aims to achieve. They were professional, yet extremely personable. The service area comes complete with snacks and food made to order. The breakfast accommodations surpass anything else in the Louisville area. Gym looked worthy of its name. The pool area was enticing. We wanted to take advantage of all amenities they had to offer, but would have to stay there for more than a night in order to do so. Our purpose was just to getaway and rest. We have highly recommended this hotel to our friends, and we will recommend it to anyone else.”
