• It had a nice room and wonderful lobby with great access to internet.
• The location was hard to find and hard to get in and out of.

“My overall experience was good. The room exceeded expectations, and the cleanliness was wonderful. The hotel staff was friendly, and the lobby area was relaxing and inviting. We even had internet access in the lobby. If the location was better, the hotel was easier to get in and out of, I would have given this hotel the highest marks.”

• My son is very picky about the cleanliness of the room and he said that he was pleased with this motel.
• Missed having a "breakfast room" to go to.

“My husband and son and a couple of friends stayed at this hotel and they all had very good things to say about the overall condition and cleanliness of their rooms.”

• Most comfortable bed ever.
• Entrance is a little weird.

“I have stayed twice at this hotel, and it is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I will stay here any time I get the chance.”

• Clean, well-maintained, quiet and convenient to other services.
• My room was on the second floor; a considerable distance from the elevator and I couldn't get a parking place close to the entry door.

“Nice lodging, clean, good ammenities. Relatively new and located close to most everything a person would need. I should have asked for a room with easier access (my wife was temporarily on crutches when we stayed there). My disappointment was probably my fault.”

• The location was perfect.

“The hotel when you first walk in is very nice and clean and the location is great. They make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I was a little disappointed in the cleaning if the room. To see someone else loose hair around the sink and the tub, was quit disturbing. It wasn't like you couldn't see it, I know things like this happen and overall, it was a very nice hotel.”

• It is one of the best Marriot hotels for the price.
• Parking is not convenient. Two rows of parking circle the hotel complex.

“The maid service is excellent if you like to sleep in with the "do not disturb" sign on your door. The maid will leave a bag containing clean towels, soap, coffee, etc on your door handle without you needing to ask. Very nice.”

• Staff was very helpful and the rooms were quiet.
• Remote for TV did not work properly and the new one did not either.

“Very nice place, very clean and helpful. Enjoyed being able to use the exercise room and hot tub late at night when I came in. I also enjoyed to darkness the curtains provided.”

“Convenient location to area attractions, close distance to shopping, attractions, and events.Hotel was very clean, lots of extras that I did not expect, great breakfast, convenience store within the hotel, free high speed internet that was very easy to set up, overall, a great experience.”

• this was the cleanest ,quietest hotel i have ever stayed in
• i really have no complaints the staff and every thing was wonderful

• The bathroom had moldy showers. I reported it. No one responded.

“Location great! Service was not that of a typical Courtyard. I've stayed a various Marriott facilities before and they have always exceeded my expectations. This is first because I have yet to hear a response from my complaint.”

• They opened the pool uniquely for us and our party in after hours, they upgraded us to a suite, they went out of their way to accomadate us

“The staff really made this hotel. They went out of their way to please both me and my husband and the other family members in our party. We were keeping odd hours as another daughter was giving birth that weekend and we were in and out of our rooms at odd times. Our party also included small children (2 - 5 years) and they accomodated them also. instead of a king we were placed in a suite which then gave us a meeting room. Very nice personell.”

• The staff were friendly and the cleaning people were ready to clean up after the kid's mess.
• The lock on our room had something wrong with it and we had to change rooms which caused an inconvenience.

“The hotel was very nice and was in a convenient location. They changed our room to the type we wanted which made our stay there more enjoyable. The staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had adequate lighting and were dark enough in the morning for us to sleep.”
