• The only thing we liked was the location.
• Poor breakfast, pool was not working, day manager was not friendly.

“The only review would be poor, unless you wanted cheep and not very friendly. The one good person was the night manager. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Clean and comfortable.

“If you are looking for a clean, pleasant place to spend the night, this hotel was fine. Not the fanciest of places but quite comfortable. The staff both at check in and check out was friendly. I would stay there again.”

“This Days Inn is starting to show its age a little but it was kept immaculately clean during my stay, both in the room and public areas. The lobby and breakfast areas are small but adequate. Surprisingly quiet for a location adjacent to a busy interstate highway.”

• The beds were comfortable.
• The pool was closed. The ice machine was broken. Crumbs on the floor as we walked in the room, coffee ring on the dresser and sticky night stand.

“This was a cheap for a medical visit, but it was not clean. As we opened the door for the first time there were crumbs of some sort on the floor. The dresser had a coffee ring on the surface that did wipe off. The night stand had something sticky on it's surface. This also came off. The shower had mold and mildew on the ceiling. Our daughter had a medical appointment the next morning and we had no choice but to get her to bed as soon as possible. It would have been very nice to use the pool the next morning to relax her.”

• It met our needs. They provided a room at a reasonable cost.
• The extra cost for the pet was not stated prior to arrival.

“The continental breakfast was not available when we were ready to eat it. We live on Central Time and the hotel/motel was on Eastern Time. So everything was already taken away. Otherwise our stay was as expected. Quiet. Comfortable and Priced right, except we did not know that we were expected to pay extra for a pet.”

• It was a place to sleep and shower on the road.
• It was pretty run down, but clean.

“It needs a face lift badly, but was clean. it served the purpose. We just needed a place to sleep while we traveled to another destination. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Continental breakfast.

“Nice, comfortable, hotel. Beds are comfortable, room is clean. No sitting area in the lobby. The breakfast was very limited. Thee was no fresh fruit, the milk was not cold, and there was only 1 juice choice. The pool and hot tub is nice but it was difficult to get towels for the pool. Front desk staff very nice and friendly. Excellent value for the price.”

• It was the right fit for the purpose.
• One of the large bath towels had large yellow stains.

• Plenty of parking even when fully booked and room contained a fridge and microwave.
• The sink in my room dripped.

“The beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast is a bit on the small side but there is plenty of food to get your fill.”

“We were very satisfied with everything. Breakfast room needed more coffee and bananas. Big crowd. Early birds got the worm. Desk could have had info on Churches and Laundromat locations.”

• Had basic amenities, and continental breakfast.
• Would not let me use phone because I was customer!

“It bothered me that I was not allowed to use the telephone to call outside to hotel. When I asked if they would hook it up so that I could call for a pizza, they did, but made me feel like a school child asking for permission. Quizzed me about whether or not I had a cell phone that I could use instead. I was allowed to use the phone to order the pizza, but the whole permission thing really bothered me.”

• The room was very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable.
• Housekeeping didn't bring an abundance of supplies (no new soap or shampoo), but they were very busy at the time.

“For the price this hotel was the best value we've ever gotten in the Louisville Kentucky area. Without a doubt the most comfortable hotel bed I¿ve ever slept in.”

• It was crowded but people had there children under control.
• The main door to leave kept waking me up.

“No problem with the hotel in general but that main door when people left shut hard so I didn't get much sleep once people got up early and started leaving.”

• When I decided to stay another night, they gave me the same room. Very nice.
• There was no refrigerator. I had to take my TV controller downstairs to have it reprogrammed for my TV.

“Close to the freeway which I liked. But located too far back down a side street and no signs to indicate it was even back in there. You need to inform people it's way down behind the Olive Garden and past a few other hotels. I wasn't familiar with the area.”
