• Was in a great location, Very close to many stores and restaurants.
• Bed was not comfortable. The office opened at 7am but no one was there.

“The room was extremely small. For one person is it fine if you are staying 1 or 2 nights, but my room had 2 beds and I could not even begin to imagine how 2 people would even fit in that room. At check in the staff was very friendly, thought there were some staff members taking smoke breaks right by the entrance door. It is an older building and it shows. The 2 single beds were very small. I am only 5 feet 5 inches tall and my feet were hanging off the bed. The bed was also very uncomfortable. They did have free wireless Internet which was nice. I had no problems with it. I was only there for 1 night so it really met my needs. I couldn't see staying there more than 2 nights.”

• My privacy was respected and the clerk was helpful. Location was great.
• The air conditioner was broken.

“Absolutely no frills. It is clean and efficient but definitely not a good place for vacation or romance! Location was great. Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Wireless connection was very efficient. No iron in the room but coffee maker and refrigerator worked great. Good coffee provided for coffeemaker.”

“Due to complete loss of power due to hurricane, had no lighting, hot water, etc. no functinality but a bed. Got no rebate from room price.”

• My air conditionar went out, they replaced it within an hour.

• Comfortable, clean, staff friendly and helpful, easy to get to.
• Room smelled of smoke.

“Except the room smelling like smoke we had a good stay and I would stay there again. Staff were friendly and eager to help with directions and maps of locations.”

• Close to everything.
• Small.

“While it provided all the basic necessities one might expect from an efficiency studio, my room was awfully small. Seemed like an older place, but relatively clean. Very close to a grocery store, package store, movie gallery, restaurants etc.”

• Lack of trash cans and no ice machines.

“Good overall, staff was not very helpful or friendly. No receipt given when checking out. Didn't like being put on third floor, very hard carrying things up to room.”

• No ice machines.

“The room was clean and we went to bed at 9:30 and then at 11:45 we woke up with little bugs biting us. Spent the night with the lights on because if the lights were out you got bitten. Killed a lot of bugs and the sheet had small spots. Not a pleasant experience. Complained to front desk.”

• Overpriced, crappy room.
• Brain-dead hillbilly staff at the desk.

“Double brain-dead staff in the morning upon checkout, as I requested a receipt, and they could not produce one, as the computer was down, so I was billed twice for a one night stay. As a frequent traveler to Louisville, my money will only spend at a Competent comfortable Ramada Inn!”

• Dirty rooms and not what I reserved.

“The refrigerator stunk and the room walls were dirty. There were not ice machines and the stove did not work in one of my rooms. We had two rooms and both had an odor to them.”

• I liked that it was like a mini apartment with stoves, kitchen, and utensils.
• I didn't like how there was a guy bursting through random doors, including mine asking if the room was in my name.

“I enjoyed my stay, even though it was for a night, and I might stay again. Good price too.”

• Staff was fantastic.
• The worlds smallest extended stay.

“Tiny, tiny, tiny. Good for a solo traveler. Very clean. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Near to a good number of restaurants, target, Wal-Mart, and a grocery store. Easy to get to.”

• Only room available for Kentucky Derby.
• Room was very small and of cheap quality.

“The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. It was very small and of poor quality. Difficult for more than 1 person to get ready in the morning. One mirror and a very small sink at wheelchair height. It was very depressing and we could not wait to check out. Would never stay there again. We were happy to get a room but would have expected more for the price we paid per night.”

• It was next to a lot of good places to dine.
• The rug was a 100 yrs old and the room was the size of a cardboard box.

“Place was like a halfway house for locals the room was the size of a cardboard box and the rug was from the days of the civil war but it was in a nice area just outside of downtown and good places to eat.”
