• Desk clerk was very friendly and nice.
• Dirty, bugs. Sheets and carpet were not clean.

• It was nice to have the kitchen facilities.
• The pool was closed by the department of health, could use to be updated a bit.

• Nothing.
• Old building, dirty carpets in the corridor, small TV, window had no screen, facing the noisy road, side door is always open.

“It's the first SEA hotel which is below their usual good standard. Me and my wife stayed in at least 6 SEA last year, and this one was the worst - old building, dirty carpet, no screen on window, half size TV.”

• I appreciated the full kitchenette, that meant we didn't have to eat out so much!
• The bathroom was somewhat grungy, the halls smelled like smoke.

“This hotel was exactly what we were looking for while we stayed in Louisville in terms of amenities, though it could have smelled/been cleaner.”

• It had a recliner!
• No elevator, we were on 3rd floor.

“A few ants in room after very warm, humid weather, not many. No elevators. The room was clean, despite the ants. Access road winding and hard to determine actual entrance, we missed twice. We would stay again now that we know the lay of the land.”
