• I liked the proximity to the beach and several stores.
• The check in time was too long.

“The hotel's location was in a convenient location for us. However I was not pleased at all with the check-in process. My family and I waited in the lobby for over 2 hours for check-in prior to us just leaving and going to the beach. Not to mention that we arrived at the location an hour and a half prior to check-in. For our inconvenience the hotel offered us 1 large pizza with 1 topping. Their process was extremely frustrating. Since all of the guests had reservations, we should have been able to go to our room first since we had been there the longest. At this hotel, once you book a room, you are assigned to your room. Thus, if you check in at 3 p.m and your identified room isn't available until 6:30 p.m, you have to wait. This is completely absurd to me. We waited several hours and despite the numerous families that came after us, since their room was available, they were able to check in. The hotels that I'm familiar with don't guarantee a customer with a room number prior to them officially checking in, thus, it allows people to obtain a room successfully upon check in.”

• Cleanliness, very comfortable bed.
• Desk employees did not stay upfront very often.

“The overall experience was very good except that no one stayed up front at the desk very much and at check in time which was in the afternoon, had to be rang by the bell several times until someone showed up. I think that finally, someone other than the employees saw us trying to check in and found the help for us.”

• I can't come up with anything.
• The wireless internet did not work, there was loud construction work going on the entire time at the hotel, the toilet was hard to flush, hair in bath.

“The first twelve hours, I called the front desk twice and the technical support for the hotel three times letting them know I could not get internet service neither of them helped me at all. When I took a shower there was hair in the tub and the shower curtain would not close. Also the next morning very early there was sawing right outside my window and this continued throughout the day. The toilet stopped flushing and because of the housekeeper not showing up until after 3:00 pm at which time she walked right in without knocking or anything I eventually went and got my own toilet paper.”

• The air conditioner was great. worked well.
• Did not have a laundry room.

“Was a decent place for the money. Pool was not well kept. Our family would stay there again.”
