• Location.

• It was convenient for where
  I needed to be.
• Two night stay. Our room was not made-up, cleaned, after the 1st night.

“This hotel is just okay. The fact that my room was not made-up after our first night definitely not good; the only person that was working when I came back to my room and discovered it was as I had left it said "the manager would do something for me." He did nothing.”

• The staff was not friendly. Room was right next to the front desk which was noisy and a handicap room.

• I liked the refrigerators in the rooms. The cookies in the lobby were very nice.
• They need to update the interior design (carpets, drapes, chairs, bedspread kind of clashed).

• The toilet was too small and there was no TV guide.

• Quite location and once found easy access.
• Difficult to find. Problem was Interstate 94 construction.

• The location was convenient and right off the expressway.
• The customer service and staff was not friendly in the least bit.

“The staff was extremely unfriendly here and the manager actually barged into our room shortly after we arrived for no apparent reason- he didn't even knock- after that we were scared to leave our belongings there unattended. I would not recommend this hotel to others.”

• More friendly staff.
• First day, registering in the hotel, one incompetent staff started to argue and tried to charge me extra money just for changing the room.

“This hotel needs to be more selective when hiring staff. Some of the staff was very nice, others that work in the front desk were not, and just on day one while registering, had an argument with one of them she was trying to charge me extra for asking for a double bed room instead of a suit with a king size bed. Crazy.”

“This is a basic check in for the night to sleep hotel. No frills, but does the job nicely for the niche that it is filling. For my job, this is an ideal hotel and I plan on staying again when I am in the area on business.”

• Up charge for non-smoking, 2 queen beds. Filthy rooms.

“Staff was uncooperative. The room was filthy, raisins scattered on the floor, rolled up pajama bottom on floor, cockroach (or something similar) I found alive in bathroom. I will never stay here again.”
