• I could take my dogs.
• I didn't like much of anything.

“The staff were not helpful. Check in took 35 minutes after I was already booked online. We had to return the "borrowed pillow" by 9:30am! No regular coffee in the rooms. The rooms smelled terrible.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodated us with our room problems.
• Our original nonsmoking room had roaches. We were forced to switch to a smoking one.

“I was surprised with the numerous extra features included in the rooms. I didn't expect free internet access, cable, refrigerator, and microwave. Unfortunately, we killed four roaches in our room after we checked in. The only available room was a smoking one. So, all of our belongings smelled of smoke (that had to be washed out multiple times) after our stay. However, the staff was very nice and had no problems with helping us.”

• Nice rooms with good quality amenities.
• Housekeeping came by too early.

“I stayed there over a year ago, on a similar trip, and the accommodations were only so-so (not bad, but not excellent). But what a difference a year makes. It seems as though the hotel was renovated during the past year. Our room was clean, seemingly freshly painted, and furnished with good quality towels and linens. My only complaint is that the housekeeping service typically came by our room at about 8:00 am. That's a bit early for me when on a vacation such as the one we were on.”

• The location was bad, a lot of traffic, very noisy rooms, not very clean, bad parking.
• Free wireless internet was the only thing I liked.

“We stayed in Super 8 Hotels all during our trip and this was the least appealing. Bad location, bad parking, very noisy. I have stayed in cleaner rooms. Would not stay there again. The free wireless internet was the only highlight.”

• I liked the pool and the landscaping on the outside.
• Some of the staff was not that friendly.

“I would recommend this hotel to other travelers. It's located 14 miles from the beach but you only have to travel on one road and make a left turn. The room was also clean and comfortable.”

• convenient location. Clean and excellent staff.
• The room smelled smoky.

“This is a good basic motel. It's perfect if you are only in town a few days or on a small budget. Nothing fancy, no frills. The facility is located right at the intersection on Highway 231 and Highway 98, which is close to everything in Panama City. I would recommend this motel.”
