• Front desk staff was
  friendly.
• Poor houskeeping.

“My room was poorly cleaned each day, little more than the bed being made and fresh towels. Anything more that needed replaced had to be gotten from the front desk. The restaurant service was some of the worst I have ever had during the breakfast hours. It was not unusual to take 45-60 minutes to receive out breakfast even though there were very few other customers and the waitress did not check with you at all to see if you need more coffee or other beverage.”

• Older hotel. Outside of hotel and rooms need updating.

• The hotel was dirty, when we transferred to another room it was dirty as well.

“The hotel hallway was filled dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. The room had dirty hand towels, and grime on the night table. I complained and got a different room. The second room had chipped floor tiles and bathtub. It also had exposed rusty bolts protruding from the ceiling. The hotel offered to switch our rooms again. I refused as it was late and we needed to get some sleep. The hotel staff gave us a coupon for $20 off of breakfast at their restaurant. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience.”

• The wait staff in the restaurant was wonderful.
• The room and general overal feeling of the motel.

“Old, run down, so security on entrances. I would not stay here again.”

• I was able to get out with my life!
• Key never worked, people smoked in the rooms, a non smoking floor! Full of drunks and loud party hell raisers.

“In 30 years of travels, never seen one like this, everyday had to get a new key! Super tiny bathrooms and a closet that was a joke. This was like an old truck stop motel 6.”
