  • The location.
  • Upper management rude & increased rates once we arrived.

“The hotel was not accommodating to our needs. I simply requested 3 extra towels and bath cloths to which the owner/manager refused. I when I presented him the reservation print out and the average cost of the room, he said that he didn't participate with your company and any problems with the cost of the room would be with the booking company; all the while being VERY short and rude!”
