“We had a very bad experience. You could feel the springs in the bed, the steam fan in the bath room didn't work, the drain in the shower was clogged, and worst of all we had bed bugs! We were there on our anniversary trip and to run a marathon. We got no sleep the first night due to all this and when we complained that night about the hard bed and the bathroom problems we were not moved. The next morning when we brought the bed bugs to the attention of the mgr she offered us a room with two double beds; we didnt want that we paid for a king. She finally after much discussion gave us another room with a king bed on another floor, the problem with this room was it was right next to the stairs and the ice machine, so there was a lot of noise. When we checked out they refused to compensate us for our horrible experience.”

“Hallway carpets looked disgusting, there was no sound insulation between the rooms or the hallway, very noisy. Front desk not helpful when inquiring why the street was so crowded with cars parked to watch something, later found out there was a hot air balloon show.”

“A good place to stay to go to 6 flags, 1/2mile from gate. Rooms needed more vacuuming and bed's are soft/old, but over all not bad. Not good for kids nothing for them to do but watch TV.”

“The manager seemed frazzled at the front desk, and housekeeping didn't bother to look anyone in the eye, much less say hello or even smile. The donuts at the continental breakfast were stale, and the milk was warm - it had probably been out for hours. Inside the room, the bathroom did not look very clean. This hotel could use some sprucing up!”

“Dirty bathroom floor, the Styrofoam coffee cup was dirty, pubic hair on shower wall, light bulbs burnt out, then another light did not work at all, one empty Kleenex box in the bathroom, coffee maker kept stopping in the middle, had to watch it so it would continue a whole pot and push on several times, only 2 wash cloths per day for my husband and I, should be at minimum 4, ice machine on our floor did not work.”

“When I walked into the hotel to check in, no one was at the front desk. I waited for about 8 minutes for someone to show up. When we got to our room the bathroom was not completely clean and we found 2 soda bottles in the room and a couple of bottle caps in the floor. This hotel was not what I had expected. ”
