• Nice - sized room; very good bed linens; very helpful and courteous staff.
• Thin walls and ceilings - I was on the first floor and someone was playing a basketball in the room above.

“I stayed for 12 nights on business. It was a great hotel for my purposes. The bed was very comfortable and it was a nice - sized room so I didn't feel crowded. Nice bathroom amenities and although I did not use the television, it was very nice 27 inch flat panel. Coffee maker was a mini and it did not keep the coffee hot.”

• Hotel staff was top class; helpful and friendly whenever called upon.
• The bathroom did not match the quality of the rest of the room.

• Location and cleanliness.
• Hotel heater in 3 rooms we were in, and moved from rattled keeping us awake.

“Good location, food was good but overpriced, nothing special about their breakfast buffet. Youth group was there and kept people awake until after midnight and up at 5 am. We were in 3 rooms in two days and even the last room had a heating unit that rattled so loudly we were unable to sleep. We were comp breakfast but how about being able to rest after traveling or a busy day at work.”

• There general appearance was great.
• Airport noise.

“The airport was across the street the noise on occasion was annoying, but they supplied earplugs for sleeping. I always use earplugs and it was a nice touch. The bill for extras was dead on.”

• The grandeur of it. Just beautiful along with everything and everyone!
• You had to pay for a refrigerator.

“I highly recommend this hotel, extremely good location, all of this for a Priceline deal. I have nothing bad to say about it. It was perfect for me and my girlfriend celebrating our 42 years of friendship.”

• Nice and clean.
• The way they handle inconveniences.

“When we arrived on Friday night August 14th the hotel was hosting some sort of Fright Fest and there were a ton of interesting people dressed up in Halloween like costumes roaming around the hotel. The more the night went on the louder these people got in the Hallways throughout the night. At about 12 am we were awakened by the fire alarm and ended up standing in the parking lot for 30 minutes and found out the smoke machine from the Fright Fest set the fire alarm off. We had no time to grab our hotel room keys so we had to wait to get new keys and when we did finally get back in our room there were loud people in the hallways for the next hour. All of this was not appreciated when I had to get up at 5 am to catch a flight. All around terrible experience!”

• Restaurant food was disappointing.

“Very close to the airport so super convenient for next day departure. Well insulated against airport noise. This place is huge! The room was nice, bed good. The pool looked inviting but we didn't have a chance to use it. The restaurant food was not great (but not terrible either) and there is no pkace else to eat within walking distance.”

• Very attractive with nice amenities.
• The free coffee service disappeared at 6 AM while I was standing at the counter with my cup.

“I really like this hotel. It has the feel of a luxury hotel with a nice restaurant, bar, gift shop and large attractive lobby. Our room was very clean and comfortable and included a coffee pot and free wireless.”

• The room was really nice, clean and beautifully decorated.
• Due to the proximity of the room to the lobby we could hear voices frequently.

“Overall, the hotel was excellent. We had stayed there a few years ago and was afraid it would be the same, much to our surprise, the hotel had gone through a complete makeover everything was new, clean and beautiful.”
