• Updated, friendly, close to restaurants - could walk to restaurants.
• There was some sort of odor - probably from allowing smoking in years past. It just didn't smell well.

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was reasonably priced, based on my offer. The restaurants were close and didn't have to walk too very far. The only problem, like I said, was the odor. I don't really know what it was, because I can't smell very well due to allergies, but the entire building, including my room, had that inexplicable smell. I am guessing it was from allowing smoking years ago.”

• The view from our hotel room.
• I like my stay at Jeffersonville.

“I like this hotel. It was very nice, and clean. I like the view. We stayed at the Hyatt/Regency downtown Louisville, and I would recommend everyone I talk to, to the Sheraton, instead of there.”

• Very friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby was beautiful.

“This hotel was beautiful, and the view of downtown Louisville, KY was amazing! The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The bar (at night) became a Starbucks in the morning, very convenient. I will stay here again my next trip to the Louisville area.”

• The front desk clerk was very helpful.
• No fridge or microwave in the room.

“The hotel was very nice. It was in a very convenient location and the staff was very helpful when we needed directions to the hospital. The only thing I can think of that would have made the stay better, is if they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
”

• Clean and spacious with modern updates such as flat screen televisions.
• Could hear people in the room above us anytime they were in the restroom.

• I like the west view of the Ohio river, bridge, and city of Louisville.
• Pool not private in parking lot.

“Always a favorite place to stay when I am in the Louisville (KY) area on business or pleasure. The friendly staff was at everyone's beck-and-call. The Continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and a clean, bright area to sit and enjoy it.”
