• Staff friendly & helpful. Very clean, nice pool & spa. Excellent breakfast buffet.
• I liked everything. Would recommend that you add silk flower arrangements to hallway tables & add trees to block parking lot view from pool.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suites were beautiful and large. The kitchen was well-equipped. It even had a dishwasher. The pool and spa were very clean. The lawn was well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• The staff was very friendly. Hotel very clean and accommodating.
• I did not like that the pool was outside in case of cold weather or rain.

• Price per night was excellent.
• Pull out beds were extremely uncomfortable.

“Nice hotel for business travelers. Rooms were spacious, although a little out dated. Pull out beds very uncomfortable. Morning breakfast was free but limited. Overall, a nice experience for the price with few frills.”

• Room was generally quiet.

“This hotel seems to be oriented mainly toward long term business travelers. The room and facilities were clean. It is located far enough off the main road to be reasonably quiet. The computer in the lobby area was out of order for our entire 3 day stay. Although we had our own laptop it would have been nice to be able to use a printer.”

• The free breakfast was good.
• The bed was very uncomfortable & it was a queen not a king.

“The suite had a lot of space, but lacked modern updates. The free breakfast was great, it was moderately quiet & had a nice outdoor pool. The worst part was the bed. It was a queen instead of a king & it had clearly been slept in for years & needed to be replaced. The middle of it sunk in so my husband & I couldn't both sleep on it, one of us had to sleep on the couch. This was the worst bed I've ever been in a 2.5 star hotel. Very disappointing overall because we didn't get very much rest.”

• Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Would hire all of them myself.

• Spacious room and very friendly staff.
• The pull-out sofa had a terrible mattress that was torn on one corner.

“For the price, it was fine, but the quality of the pull-out mattress bothered me enough that I wouldn't go back.”

• Occasional soiled towels, internet was down on 1st floor, limited laundry.

“Since internet was down on 1st level, received a free upgrade to 2nd floor suite. Very accommodating for guests. I stayed at the hotel for one week. Highly recommend this hotel.”

• They offered a variety of business traveler services and breakfast in the morning.
• No in hotel restaurant for dinner or lunch.

• Some upstairs noise from our room.

“Very convenient in location, across the street from Rivertown Crossings Mall. No indoor pool, but nice outdoor weather permitting.”

• The entire experience was nice.

“This hotel met all our expectations, and then some. No complaints. The lady who was serving the breakfast buffet was very helpful and friendly. Would go out of her way to help.”

• It was located across from the mall, not too far from Holland.
• The pool was dirty with bugs and tree debris.

“I really enjoyed this hotel, they couldnt not help the pool with it being outside, and I loved the room with the fridge and microwave. The room was just the way you would want youre away from home room to be.”

• Shower curtain and was of bathroom were dirty.

“Nice hotel overall, but cleaning staff will have to stay on top of interior shower curtains.”

• The room was very clean and cozy.
• The hotel clerk refused to cash a check when the guide said they would.

“The stay, the room and quality was outstanding. As minorities, there was some discrimination when we asked about a check being cashed as written in the brochure in the room. That was disappointing.”

• Staff and Manager worked to and anticipated special request.
• The dishes and silverware had a lot of caked on food from previous guests. I re-washed most everything.

“I am a frequent guest & usually call in advance to request no air freshener or scented products in the room, since these products trigger asthma and potential respiratory arrest. When I called, they said, "We anticipated your request, and your room is being prepared with chemical-free products." I thanked the manager upon arrival. Please let everyone know how greatly I appreciate this. The staff exceeded my expectations.”

• Did not keep up with snow removal as well as they could.

“Excellent place to stay for the weekend. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but the complimentary hot breakfast every morning was much better than the usual pastry and bread fare you'd find at similar hotels in that price range.”
