Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport [Louisville, KY]- Hotel Reviews

Located at the Louisville International Airport, the Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport is adjacent to the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center with Six Flags amusement park less than a mile away. The hotel is approximately six miles from downtown Louisville.
The hotel has eight floors with 210 guestrooms including rooms with a whirlpool spa and two room suites.. Each room is well appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, iron with a full size ironing board and an in-room safe. A spacious work desk has 2 telephones with dataports, one has two lines available and high speed internet access. Hair dryers are also available in all our guestrooms.
Over 8,500 square feet of banquet space is available. The Triple Crown Ballroom can be broken down into 3 different rooms, the Metropolitan Room divides into 2 rooms and we have 2 additional meeting rooms including one boardroom.
As well as a Business Center, the hotel also has an indoor swimming pool with a hot tub and workout center.
Breakfast is served each morning in the hotel restaurant. Lunch and dinner, as well as room service, is available at an adjacent, 10,000 square foot restaurant, the Cardinal Hall of Fame Cafe.

Nice business desk in the room and exercise room.
Lousy TV, the one in my garage has a better picture!

Clean; new; close to airport; very good value for the money.
Nothing.

“The hotel looked like it had been recently built. The facilities were up-to-date and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was located close to the airport (easy access). I thought it was a very good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again. My teenage son is very particular and he even told me how much he liked the hotel (he's hard to impress).”

“The absolute only complaint I had with our experience was with the shuttle service provided by the organization we were involved with, not the hotel itself. In fact the staff went out of their way to help us find a solution to our problem.”

Professional, friendly staff.
Wireless access not available in the guest rooms.

“Wow! What a great staff! From check-in to housekeeping to breakfast, we couldn't have expected any better service. This staff is on top of their game- exceeding every expectation. Traveling with a computer, we were able to access his from our room (with a cable) or the lobby (wireless). The only suggestion I have would to have wireless access in the rooms. The shuttle drivers were professional and friendly, the maintenance staff took care of our refrigerator within 10 minutes of our notification (it was humming loudly when we entered the room) and the management staff seemed to be present at all times. We highly recommend this hotel.”
