• Perfect location for Kentucky exposition center. Met all our expectations.
• Pool area was a little muggy.

• It was unclean, unfriendly, and a disappointment.

“It was very disappointing! With the photos I saw I was expecting a much nicer hotel. Instead, it was in a shady part of town. I was scared to go anywhere alone. The people were unfriendly and the room smelled terrible. It also had a lot of broken appliances and was unclean.”

• The bed was nice.
• No wireless internet and only 10 seats for breakfast.

“The hotel was ok. Location was 2 miles away from our business meeting. Also no wireless internet or any room in lobby for breakfast. No parking for customers. Probably not going that route again.”

• It didn't have bed bugs.
• Everything.

“Bad neighborhood. TV was broken but the one next door blared all night. Don't go to this one!”

• No airport shuttle, no free parking for airport.

• Nicely decorated, convenient to freedom center where we had plans.
• Lobby/dining area for breakfast was crowded and we had to share the table with someone else.

“This hotel is very convenient to the expo center, highways, and the airport. Parking was a little tight and the lobby was small and packed during the continental breakfast. The room was well decorated and comfortable and met our needs. I would stay here again.”

“The hotel was extremely upscale on the interior but the exterior looked almost industrial. Personnel were very accommodating and friendly. Our visit was pleasant!”

• The hotel was neat, clean, and rooms met our needs as did the location.
• From the direction we came, it was not easy to find.

“All things considered, I would definitely stay at this hotel again under similar circumstances, and I would recommend it and to others.”
