• Good air conditioning.
• Strong pine sol smell in the elevator (everyday).

“This is a good hotel for the price, kind of tough to get to from I-65 North.”

• Clean and affordable.
• Didn't see any restaurants within walking distance.

“Has a pool but if it had an indoor pool it would be our choice to stay each time in Louisville as we visit during August and February.”

• Proximity to event.

“Very run down, no vent in the bathroom so part of ceiling was coming down, bad reception on TV; pool was not open. Very disappointing.”

• The front desk staff was kind.
• Hotel was old and nasty!

“This hotel is not worth the money. The rooms are not updated and they were dirty. The hotel grounds are not kept clean. The staff had to kill a rat that stayed in the parking lot area. Drunks walked around trying to talk to guest. Glass and trash every where. The pool was closed due to an earthquake. Since when do we have them in sky?”

• The front desk staff were very nice. They tried their best to make up for other short comings of the place.
• It was dirty and loud. There was a blood stain on the under side of our comforter. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed. Yuck

“The door keys worked only 25% of the time. There were blood stains on the comforter, a dirty pair of underwear (from the former occupant) under the bed that survived at least two "cleanings," and the road noise from the highway is nearly unbearable. If you want to stay in the area, take a little more money to the Quality Inn next door. They've got an indoor pool!”

• Went to get in bed and it was wet.

• Quick service and friendly centrally located for my stay.
• The only problem was that the in room coffee maker did not function properly.

“We found it easily and was very centrally located to our business. Good room and very affordable for our needs.”

• Too close to highway. Loud.

“I got pretty much what I expected. Reasonable, clean, could have been a little less road noise to suit me, but the staff was wonderful. Very polite, friendly, and helpful.”

• Close to expo center easy to find.
• Very noisy next room and outside. Continued until 4 a.m. both days. Illegal partying.

“Rooms were average quality with average cleanliness. Maid service did not vacuum during stay. Outside of Motel is dingy, needs upkeep. I would not take my family here for a stay due to questionable things going on. I was unable to sleep due to excessive door slamming and yelling. At one point someone in the hallway made a comment, I am so coked up. I do not believe I would ever stay at this hotel again.”
