  • Close to area visited and expressway.
  • The Sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled.

“I called back when I returned home because I thought I had left my RX glasses in the hotel room. The staff person who answered the phone told me to call back later.”

  • Easy off 69.
  • Dirty, hole in ceiling, no ironing board, carpets filthy, no remote.

“I didn't like it before I checked in called twice before staying and you did nothing to ease my travel pain in fact the second person I talked to said you could do nothing to help me since I had paid for room I did not give the motel my card number I gave it to you and if it was not what it advertised you should have at least checked to see if anything else was in area and I am very sadden that you treated me and my wife like you did on our wedding anniversary I honestly don't know if I will ever use you again the two calls I made at that motel to you said Mr. Shaw we will be calling you back even took my cell # I have yet to hear from you.”

  • Price, Location, Friendliness of owner and most of the staff.
  • Problem in extending our stay.

“Housekeeping staff needs more supervision. Dust had accumulated for an inch all around the walls. The bathtub was cleaned with something oily that was very, very slick and did not do a good job of removing ring on tub from water not draining fast enough. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Two days before we suppose to leave I asked the owner if it would be possible for us to stay one more day at the same price, as our meeting was not going to be over with until evening. I was assured this would be fine, glad to have us. We went back to our room to change clothes for dinner and we were locked out of our room. They would not even let us in to get our things. I had walked to the office and did not have a credit card with me. I explained we had less that 25minutes to return to meet the executive committee for dinner. The manager still would not let us in with out me walking back to my car and then coming back to the office to pay. Of course, the other 6 days had been paid in advance. I said I would come to the office and pay as soon as I returned from dinner, but I really needed to go right then or I would miss my group completely. He stated I could not pay later I had to pay right them. He argued with me for some time that I had checked out that morning and of course I hadn't Everything was still in the room and husband had been in the room all day. I asked if I left were they going to confiscate our belongings, He stated no but said we were already 6 hrs late checking out. I said if I check out now will you open the room up for us to get our things. He stated we couldn't enter the room without paying for another complete day even if we checkedout. Also the price increased by $7 plus tax. I left, I had already missed my meeting by that time. I was pretty furious. When I returned There was a very nice young woman on the desk and she was polite but said the manager had told her not to let us stay without paying the higher fee. I asked to speak to the”

  • The room was clean and comfortable.
  • No hot water, toilet didn't flush, remote control for TV didn't work.

“Room was alright. Served its purpose as a place to sleep, comfortable beds. However, no hot water in the shower, the toilet didn't flush, and the remote control for the TV didn't work.”

  • Nothing it was disgusting!
  • It was overpriced, unclean, and no hot water! I might as well went camping for a cleaner environment.

“Worst hotel I ever stayed at. There were women's nails on the floor. They couldn't even run the sweeper. There was no hot water and they didn't do anything to fix the issues. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless I didn't like them!”
