• Right at exit 134, location was good to get around.
• Not a full breakfast, also staff was walking around barefoot in eating area.

“Run very cheaply, close to the interstate and convention center, pool area was a mess, breakfast was not a full hot breakfast, it was cold boiled eggs and donuts. Staff was walking around the eating area barefoot, in this country I think that is a health code violation but maybe not in theirs.”

• Kitchen in rooms and nice Jacuzzi tub.
• Right next to the interstate, kind of loud.

“Very nice room, no thermostat on air conditioning unit and short in the high/low power cool switch on the air conditioner, next to interstate so a little noisy but we slept, outlet behind bed did not work. Pretty clean room. Friendly receptionist and cleaning crew.”

• Housekeepers didn't speak English and didn't service room the 2 day.

“I have been to allot of hotels with my family. The room was clean, had mini kitchen, had a Jacuzzi, free breakfast every morning, workout room, laundry room, and indoor pool. They have a spot where you can use the computer but it was down when I was there. Overall, yes will go back, perfect for family.”

• Close to downtown.
• Not able to get rollaway bed.

“It was very clean, was above our expectations we were thankful to be able to find a hotel on such a short notice for the mid America truck show - we will more than likely be back to stay with you again.”

• Good breakfast, clean, friendly.
• Did not have the smoking room I had reserved.

“Great hotel to stay at in Louisville, KY. The only problem I faced was that they did not have the smoking room.”

• Whirlpool tub, refrigerator, microwave, and price of room.
• The hotel did not monitor the guest activities in neighboring rooms, loud music, and other activities. The staff was very unfriendly, rude.

“The room was still dirty in the corners. We had so very loud neighbors that I think the hotel should have controlled. We had a smoking room which I thought I had requested a non smoking room, When asked about switching to a different room, Manager said that all other rooms were booked, but the parking lot, hallways breakfast area, and pool were pretty empty during our entire stay. In fact the only other people that were visible were the ones that were in the next room to us making noises!”

• Easy access to downtown.
• Smelled terrible.

“The hotel was in a great location with friendly staff. However, the room smelled so badly that looked underneath both beds to make sure that there was not a dead body in the room. Made it difficult to get comfortable and sleep.”

• Jacuzzi tub was nice.
• The place was just plain dirty. I didn't feel clean sleeping there.

“While I didn't expect luxury from a 2-star hotel, the Quality Inn was pretty nasty. The sheets didn't seem very clean. It was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. I didn't feel comfortable walking bare-foot across the floor because there was a layer of grime over everything.”
