• Location and cleanliness.
• Maid came to clean room at 8:30 am. Beds were a little small.

“Would stay there anytime. Very clean and friendly staff. Had to pay for parking, but cost was low enough that it didn't bother me.”

• My credit card was debited for some charges after I was told it wouldn't be

“I didn't like the fact that it took 2 weeks to get money refunded to my credit card that shouldn't have been debited in the first place. I used 300 minutes(all my minutes for the month) on my cell phone talking back and forth with the hotel and the credit card company. This was supposed to be the happiest weekend of my life. After all I was in Kentucky to get married.”

• Staff, set up of hotel interior, parking arrangements.

“This hotel is extraordinary. The staff is very helpful and the hotel is set up in a way that is easy to move through. Good feeling throughout. Rooms are very clean and set up unlike a standard hotel room. Very comfortable throughout.”
