• The water pressure in the shower was great, it was like getting a massage.
• I didn't get the room I reserved, the pullout couch was broken.

“We didn't get the room that slept 6, instead they gave us a room for 4, so I ended up sleeping on the floor. The other room I reserved, I on a different floor and the pullout bed was broken, so those people had to sleep on the floor too. Of the 12 people who stayed at the hotel that night, 0 of them will recommend this hotel to others. It was that bad.”

• Location and view.
• The bed was old and uncomfortable, the bathroom was clean but trashy and had allot of problems that routine maintenance could have avoided.

“It's at best a 2.5 star hotel. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bathroom, although clean, needed allot of maintenance. I felt as though I has stepped back into 1984 when we entered the room. Be prepared for the World's Largest Night Club seriously) right next door. If you are a partier it's a great location but, if you're like my husband and I and just want to relax don't expect much sleep.”

• Location, pool.
• 45 min check in after a 6 hour drive, and lack of working sign.

“The hotel was very nice but the trouble we had at check in was just unjust. We were sent from top of the gulf to boardwalk and from there across town to basic management. What a run around. Maybe someone should include this information in their booking instructions.”
