• Hot water.
• No swimming pool/spa/gymnasium.

“Close to airport with busy intersection that's hard to maneuver. Left turns are impossible to main road (Crittenden Drive). Night shift had trouble with English. Extra towels no way. Cardinal Inn Restaurant across street over-priced and small portions; not children friendly. Never again, unless I get a death wish.”

• It was close to six flags.
• The keys stopped working and the toilet overflows.

“Service very friendly, and helpful room was nice and comfy just the right size the only problems was the keys kept not working and the toilet overflowed and kept backing up.”

• Location was great.
• Dirty, outdated rooms.

“Hotel is good for location, but nothing else. Staff was rude and unhelpful. My question any restaurants in the area? Staff answers no. Had a trail of iron burns across the carpet. The king bed looked like a potato chip. Remote didn't work. Heater smelled like it was on fire.”

• Cheaper.
• Badly in need of refurbishment. Carpets water damaged and unsightly.

“Cheap lodgings but since there wasn't any room in the Inn I stayed in the stable. Place in bad need of refurbishment, hallway carpets water stained and unsightly. Bed room furnishings outdated.”
