“And while checking in we found out that our rooms were not side by side as requested, they were three doors apart and having children in other room during spring break was not pleasing at all. After checking in we went to the rooms, our room 305 smelt of mildew, and I killed a roach in the shower area. And when walking on carpet would turn our feet black, how Nasty. But our other room 308 had no complaints. And after our second night stays our door cards to both rooms stopped working, having us to go back and forth to the office to have them reactivated several times. Not very pleasing when having to use stairs from the third floor, because the elevator did not work most of the time. We went to Florida for vacation, to relax and have fun with kids, not to go to the super 8 hotel Stairmaster. I'm already in good shape. ”

“The hotel is old and filthy, rooms had so much mildew, staff was horrible, rates were outrageous, and rules were outrageous. Must wear armbands and if you lose it you are charged $20 for a new one or you cant get on the property. Only 4 people per room said they had roll always laid, no irons, no hair dryers. Breakfast was a joke stale miniature bagels, and doughnuts. Juice machine had bugs in nozzle where juice runs from. Never saw a fitness center or spa as stated, no laundry or valet service as stated, no internet connection, TVs were old and had mostly static. If you lost your parking pass it was $20 dollars to replace. Just a typical Indian run hotel. They want to make the money and not fix it up. Poor girl at desk was by herself, trying to check in 25 rooms. If you are late check in out $20/ per hour. No early check ins! This was the worst experience ever. Would rather have slept in car! Makes a bad name for all super 8 motels.”

“This hotel is good for people who cannot afford to spend allot of money on a hotel. If all you are doing is sleeping in the hotel and are not going to spend much time in the room, then this would be the place for you. It is in a good location. It is right across the street from the beach and just down the street from a couple of clubs. Walking distance.”

“I am glad you contacted me. This hotel was disgusting. The continental breakfast was a joke, there was trash on the floor of our room, I found afro hair in what was supposed to be a clean towel and the towels were old and frayed, the entire back of the motel faced a retention pond which was completely horrible looking, the shower head was covered with mildew, hooks on the shower curtain were broken, the curtain track in the room was broken. We requested another room, but none were available, so we had put up with the unfit conditions. We considered leaving, but we were going to loose our money if we did. We were not the only unhappy customers at this hotel, many people could not believe the conditions of this motel. Old and clean is fine, but old and dirty is something else. The price that the motel charges is completely outrageous for what they offer and what we paid through you is what the motel was quoting people that called in, because I heard the front desk quote someone the same price we paid. So we didn't get a deal by using you. I even had something from the bed sheets bite me on my back, but never did find out what it was. Apparently you do not send people out to do updates on these motels, or believe me you would not be promoting this motel.”

“Overall this hotel was decent, however I didn't receive the amenities I was expecting, based on the web info. All-in-all we still enjoyed our stay.”

“They did not have an iron. Their idea of a breakfast is coffee and a few cookies. It was nasty. They staff did not care about the visitors. We did not have anywhere to park.”
