• I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel except for two members of staff.

• We enjoyed the extras - the music at the pool, the night time movie with popcorn by the pool!
• Prices at the tiki bar were very high. They offered specials last time.

“This convenient oceanfront location offers a great break away. A complete package with nice amenities, great staff and considerate extras. Would recommend this to any beach goer.”

• The hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather they heated the pool for the guests and it was very enjoyable.
• Had to pay extra fee for 2 people, even though we stated that there would be 4. No continental breakfast.

“I love the hotel. definitely would stay again. Be sure to expect a 50 dollar security deposit that you will get back at the end of the stay. Pool is heated during colder weathers and there are two hot tubs. I loved that the staff helped and cleaned up around the area after people to help keep the look fresh. The housekeeping could have done better with cleaning the rooms though. After everyday, there would still be sand on the floor did they not vacuum or sweep? Despite all of that,
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I would stay again, great location to all the hot spots in Panama City Beach. Did not use pool because it was cold, ocean was very cold also. All in all great experience at this property.”

• Location right on the beach, all ocean front view.
• Price for food was higher but overall well worth the stay.

“The service was excellent, the maintenance man came to fix our key lock within minutes. Front desk was polite and quick to respond to requests. All room balcony face the ocean, just a short walk from the lobby and you are on the beach unlike others. The hotel itself has some wear from use and parking is hard but thats the area in exchange for those issues the service, the view and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Great location, wonderful view and very clean, friendly and safe atmosphere.
• Tile floors were different but not an issue by any means.

• The rooms were tiled and the walls looked cheap.

“I was very pleased with the staff and the amenities. The view was fabulous. Very family oriented! The beds were comfortable, but the aesthetics of the room could have been enhanced.”

• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

• This hotel was perfect for young children, they loved the waterpark area.
• The decor was a bit outdated.

“Although the decor was a bit outdated, the staff far made up for it, they were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the activities for the family and kids were numerous and fantastic. I will definitely return, hopefully numerous times a year, until the kids grow out of it.”

“This was an excellent vacation. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very helpful. My only complaints were the unexpected fees for the third and fourth occupant.”

“Beautiful location right on the strip and great view from the balcony overlooking the water. Awesome rooms, but with all the moisture in the rooms the tile on the floor is always damp.”

• The palm trees, huts, tiki torches, etc. Set it apart from nearby hotels; and there were some hospitality extras that made it nice.
• There were a few cleanliness issues on the grounds. The safe in our room did not work and the response from the staff lacked a sense of urgency.

“I think this is a nice hotel that adds a few extra touches to enhance your stay, but they could go a bit farther and make it excellent. I had a few issues that I addressed with the staff and they tried to help somewhat, but I got the feeling that my issues were not as important to them as they were to me. It is an okay place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends with kids or those looking for a romantic, quiet place to stay.”

• I enjoyed every thing about the hotel.
• Ms Phillis Canpeacy was no help.

“I did have a small problem. I was in the situation that I could not come. I talked with several people and got no help from no one. I have 2 small grandchildren that live with me so there fore I do not have $168.00 dollars to just give away. I even left a message for Mr. Cody Conne. But of course I never heard from him. I know it was a busy weekend and I know that you have rules. Under some circumstances these rules could be broke. I had just take off from my job and hope that I had one when I came back home. I also called in on Saturday since I stood a chance of losing my job I should enjoy it. I called for a extra day and was told that I could not reserve nothing on Saturday. There fore I had to say some where else. Which was a bad inconvenience for me. I would stay at the hotel again we really had a good time. I talked to one lady which was not going to help in anyway. Even though on her voice mail she says she is there for you.”

• Fun atmosphere, staffed very well, quick response, clean sheets everyday!
• Room furniture is older with scrapes and much usage. One bed was uncomfortable.

“We enjoyed our stay with family. Hotel has a fun and lively atmosphere. Family friendly. Furniture could stand to be updated. Staff responded very quickly to any needs. Strong security present to keep outside visitors out of pool and hotel facilities. I would recommend to other travelers.”
