• Great view of the ocean, relatively quiet.
• There was a high pitched noise coming from room next to me, staff was indifferent.

“Really enjoyed the ocean view. At night, was bothered by high pitched noise coming from room next to mine. Staff couldn't do anything about it, but upon request moved to another room. Very clean! Great place for vacation. Will go again.”

• Tile floors in the bedroom.

“Great location, Great Bar, poor or no cellular reception. Tile floors in the rooms are probabbly great for a beach hotel but I did not like them. Bathroom small and old.”

• Liked the balcony & all rooms facing the gulf. The landscaping was excellent.
• Food was priced high, however, there were other places to go.

“Great rooms, all had gulf view and balcony. Staff was friendly. Landscaping was great. Two hot tubs, excellent. The kids play area, although we did not have children with us, was fantastic, great place for the kids to be and give adults space.”

• We enjoyed the extras - the music at the pool, the night time movie with popcorn by the pool!
• Prices at the tiki bar were very high. They offered specials last time.

“This convenient oceanfront location offers a great break away. A complete package with nice amenities, great staff and considerate extras. Would recommend this to any beach goer.”

• The hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather they heated the pool for the guests and it was very enjoyable.
• Had to pay extra fee for 2 people, even though we stated that there would be 4. No continental breakfast.

“I love the hotel. definitely would stay again. Be sure to expect a 50 dollar security deposit that you will get back at the end of the stay. Pool is heated during colder weathers and there are two hot tubs. I loved that the staff helped and cleaned up around the area after people to help keep the look fresh. The housekeeping could have done better with cleaning the rooms though. After everyday, there would still be sand on the floor did they not vacuum or sweep? Despite all of that,
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“I would stay again, great location to all the hot spots in Panama City Beach. Did not use pool because it was cold, ocean was very cold also. All in all great experience at this property.”

• Location right on the beach, all ocean front view.
• Price for food was higher but overall well worth the stay.

“The service was excellent, the maintenance man came to fix our key lock within minutes. Front desk was polite and quick to respond to requests. All room balcony face the ocean, just a short walk from the lobby and you are on the beach unlike others. The hotel itself has some wear from use and parking is hard but thats the area in exchange for those issues the service, the view and the whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Tile floors were different but not an issue by any means.

• The rooms were tiled and the walls looked cheap.

“I was very pleased with the staff and the amenities. The view was fabulous. Very family oriented! The beds were comfortable, but the aesthetics of the room could have been enhanced.”

• This hotel was perfect for young children, they loved the waterpark area.
• The decor was a bit outdated.

“Although the decor was a bit outdated, the staff far made up for it, they were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and the activities for the family and kids were numerous and fantastic. I will definitely return, hopefully numerous times a year, until the kids grow out of it.”

• The palm trees, huts, tiki torches, etc. Set it apart from nearby hotels; and there were some hospitality extras that made it nice.
• There were a few cleanliness issues on the grounds. The safe in our room did not work and the response from the staff lacked a sense of urgency.

“I think this is a nice hotel that adds a few extra touches to enhance your stay, but they could go a bit farther and make it excellent. I had a few issues that I addressed with the staff and they tried to help somewhat, but I got the feeling that my issues were not as important to them as they were to me. It is an okay place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend it to my friends with kids or those looking for a romantic, quiet place to stay.”
