• The reception staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was horrible!
• There was fecal matter on the toilet! The rooms need to be cleaned thoroughly.

“The front desk receptionist was very friendly. Unfortunately, my good experience ended here. When I got to the room, it was very dusty, the carpet was dirty, there were cigarette burns in the blanket and there was fecal matter left on the toilet from a previous guest. On top of all of this, check out was at 11:00 at 11:02 someone from the cleaning staff was banging on the door. When I asked her to give me a few minutes to make sure I hadn't left anything she asked if we were leaving or staying. This is by far the worst experience that I've ever had with a hotel room. I will never stay and another Comfort Inn again.”

• It was convenient off the interstate where I didn't have to drive looking for it.
• I can't say anything bad about it.

• Very clean, nice decor, easy access and close to restaurants.
• Air conditioner did not work well, hotel not willing to adjust bill.

“The hotel was very nice for the money. The only complaint was the air conditioner never cooled the sleeping area down and when brought up to the front desk we were met with little concern.”
