• The price was great and the quality was worth the price.
• Maid service, came too early and did not return.

“We enjoyed out stay, everyone was very helpful and all our questions were answered and they were very courteous. The maid service was the only disappointment due to they did not come the first day at all, and we did not even have a do not disturb sign for the door so that was not an excuse. We had to request maid service the next day so that we could get clean towels. Then on the final day, we were able to finally sleep in and at 9:00 am they were waking us up by knocking and coming on in!!! Otherwise it was great!! I would stay there again, I just know now what I have to do to make my stay more enjoyable the next time.”

• The cleanliness was pretty good.
• Service was not good.

“When I checked in the very firs thing, the toilet wouldn't flush, I had to call the front desk, the man came up and told me that it happened all the time. We had a suite, when we pulled the sofa sleeper out there was no bedding. I had to call the front desk again, they told me to look in the drawers, nothing! I had to call back. I told them we needed a fitted sheet and a flat sheet two pillow cases and a blanket. We got two flat sheets and two mattress pads. The second night we called for extra towels and were told we would have to come to the front desk and pick them up. The mattress on the bed was horrible. I don't think I could have spent another night sleeping on it. It was shot, when you set on the edge of the bed the mattress would go all the way down to the box springs, no support at all.”

• Near allot of eating places.
• Had to enter in the main lobby.
