“When I came to the hotel, they had my reservations ready for me. Just gave them my license on my vehicle and list of names staying in hotel. It was short and sweet.”

“Great location, great view, it was right on the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. Beautiful pool area, but the pool could have been cleaner. Overall we enjoyed our stay..”

“This hotel has been beaten by Spring Breakers and the after effect is a run down facility with tired, and unhelpful hotel attendants. The parking situation is meek with two small side lots and a covered lot in which most spaces are occupied by old hotel chairs and maintenance junk the hotel won't throw out.”

“Location was great, everything else lacked, tile falling off the walls, sloppily stuck back up with goopy grout, bugs, rude staff, bathroom not set up right for handicap use.”

“Great location, nice pool, right on beach, but needs an update, decor is old and worn.”

“The hotel was what we expected. If a person was going to this destination to be lazy on the beach and spend the day either at the ocean or the pool, this was the perfect place to stay. Our room was standard size and we could move around freely in it. It was nice to have a balcony which offered a wonderful view of the ocean and white beach. The room really needed a good scrubbing, but we were glad that the floor was tile because it was easy to sweep up the sand (yes, bring your broom!). We only had the bed changed and everything restocked a couple of times and they were kind enough to do so promptly. There were many families staying there at the time, but I'm sure it is packed with college kids during spring break due to the location and pool. The location was great because there are hundreds of stores and restaurants within a five minute driving distance. We had fun, but the pool and balcony was definitely this hotel's saving grace, otherwise we would probably look for lodging elsewhere in the future.”

“Our experience was ok, I would stay again if I had to. The hotel could use a modern touch to it. But over all we had a nice stay.”

“We really was happy with the hotel, you just have to remember it's not a resort. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the beach was real nice for the gulf. We could see dolphins from our balcony when the water was flat. If you want to set on the balcony for very long you had to turn off the AC because it blown hot air on it. We would stay here again if we went back to Panama city.”

“Very nice mid-range priced hotel. Directly on the beach. Nice pool and Jacuzzi as a back-up when beach is occasionally closed for rip-currents. There's even a big covered area of the pool under the waterfall where we hung out after we'd had too much sun. Bar and snack shack by the pool open at 11 a.m. (snack shack food was extra greasy, but otherwise ok). No room service, but many restaurants nearby and several deliver to the front desk. Entire hotel is cleaned and exterior areas hosed down daily. They close and clean the Jacuzzi and pool daily (closed from about 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.). Beds were clean and comfortable, which really helped my bad back after the long drive from Georgia. Good parking and felt fairly safe to me. I'd definitely worry if I sent my daughter alone, though, as there were plenty of drunken college guys (and girls) around all night. All room entry doors open onto open air exterior walkways facing away from the beach, and each room has a balcony on the opposite side overlooking the beach. Some shells along the beach for shell hunters, but nothing pristine, most are broken a bit. We didn't see any dolphins during our stay, but they do swim off shore in the area. There's also a parasailing boat based right next to the hotel that was out most days from around noon to 5 p.m. Overall we had a really good stay.”

“It was well worth the money. The cleanliness was fair, the cont breakfast was poor the covered garage leaked so bad it was like outside parking. Over all the stay was very good the above problems could and should be dealt with and the experience would be much improved.”

“I stayed in a double bedroom and there was not enough room. The air condition in our room did not work, the floor that we stayed on was supposed to be a non-smoking floor and the people in the room next to use were smoking. When we called the front desk to report them they told you there was nothing that they could do. I would bot recommend this hotel.”
